Konoha's Wave
|
"Do not worry Tsunade-sama. I will watch over these two. Better yet, I believe they are capable of a lot. Never underestimate a ninja, right?" Hero smirked and winked a the Hokage, while grabbing the scroll from her, lightly. The odd thing is, it was not as light as he thought. There must be a lot of information supplied by Shizune. Hero turned a bit mysterious. He only spoke out like he did, with a joking voice not too often. He looked at Shouten and Rikatu, while tapping them on the shoulders and walking out. He stopped and looked into the distance at the Hokage's cliff. He closed his eyes and shook his head, then turned his head back to the two ninja. "If you need to get ready, do so. Meet me at the center of the village. We will read the scroll together and go from there. See you soon." Hero bowed to them, and walked out of the office. He headed down the open hallway, slowly. The hallway was breezy yet warm. The good thing about Konoha is, it was never too cold nor too hot. Unless it is a good working day. Hero got to the top of the stairs in which he came up to get the mission he just received. He bent down, then leaped up into the air, and into the village of Konoha. Having been training with some new friends, a.ka. the Jounin Exams, it has brought a new light to his abilities, making them increase and advance in efficiency. He soared through the air and watched the people below him, before he landed on a roof, lightly. He landed to a stop and walked across the roof for a bit, then jumped down onto the main road. In fact, the day just started, since the people were still out, the sound of the village was loud, and the children were playing. Hero walked slowly with the scroll in his hand, and he did not want to open until his fellow ninja were available. It was fair for them to have the same amount of information he did. As Hero walked, he watched the sky, while his peripheral vision was watching where we was going. The sky was still as crisp and clean as it did when he got up this morning. A C-rank is not so bad. The way Tsunade looked at me though, told otherwise. Did she feel bad for not giving me a high ranked mission? Maybe the Jounin rank has set in for me yet...odd. Hero stopped as he came into the crossroads which was in the direct middle of the village. There was a huge pole which ascended into the sky, just above the houses. Hero smirked, and thought he might as well have some fun, for once. He jumped to one side, and pushed off of a house, then off of another. He shot up into the air and he landed on top of the pole and looked down at the people below. It was an amazing feeling. His cloak was whipping in the wind as the nice air blew past him. He has not felt this good in a while. But even in his time of happiness, he watched for his fellow ninja. Who most likely would not notice him up there. |

Rikatu nudged Shouten pointing at Hero. "Listen to this guy, he must think he is a total god..." Rikatu bowed to the Hokage respectfully and fallowed Hero out of office thinking that this mission was going to be easy. "I have all my gear with me, I don't really need to get anything. Mind if I go with you?" Rikatu put his hands behind his head and looked up at the sky as he fallowed Hero into Kohana. He noticed Hero jumping on the roof tops so Rikatu had to run on the street to keep up with him. As soon as he got to the crossroads he looked around but didn't see the ninja. He scratched his head and sat down tossing around an ice kuni. |

Shouten watched as Rikatu followed Hero out of the office. He chuckled at the remark Rikatu said before he left. Well at least I'm with some guys who have a sense of humor. He walked out of the office after them, after he had bowed to the Hokage before leaving. "Hey, I'll meet you guys later, going to pick up some stuff before we go." Shouten leaped up and started his run over the rooftops of Konoha towards his house. He stopped for a moment and turned around seeing that both Hero and Rikatu left. I'll meet 'em in the central square like Hero said..........hehehe, a total god...Rikatu your crazy man hehehe. Shouten arrived at his house, pulled out his key, and opened the door. Inside was a total and complete mess. Kunai and shurikens in the walls, scrolls all over the floor, punching bag opened with sand spilled onto the floor. Shouten looked around for his sword. It was a long time before Shouten had his last mission. "Where the hell did i put that wakizashi? I know I have it placed somewhere." Shouten continued to go through the ground zero of his room. He eventually found his wakizashi and he also found his katana. Both were in good shape suprisingly. Afterwards, Shouten walked out of his house with all of his things. Before he closed the door, he looked back into his room. He looked past the whole entire mess only to focus on the only cup in his sink. "Damn it! I have to do the dishes when I get back." Shouten then closed and locked his door and headed down to the center of the village. He arrived there shortly only to see Rikatu playing around with something that resembled a kunai. He wondered where Hero was. Shouten then sat next to Rikatu, pulled out his pipe, lit it and starting smoking waiting along with Rikatu for Hero to show up. |

Konoha's Wave

Hero smirked as he knew that these Genin seemed a bit cocky. Rikatu was always the sarcastic type, and he knew that first hand. Not only from the events a little while ago, but even in times of war. No matter, he watched their actions, as they dazed off, in wondering where he was. Hero bent down and crouched for a second or two, then leaped down onto a roof, then down onto the dirt road. Shouten seemed to be a very calm guy, in total control of his life, for the moment. Yet, it was a good crew for this mission. Hero's cloak swayed in the light breeze when he landed, which made it seem more, heroic? So to speak. It was complete irony at the least. He walked forward and tapped Shouten on the shoulder, whiling looking at Rikatu with a straight face. Hero let go of Shouten, then wandered between them, but not in their view of each other. It was a suspenseful moment, nonetheless. Hero pulled out the scroll and unlatched it with a quick flip of his fingers, then it unraveled. He looked at it slightly, while motioning them to come closer, so they can read along with him. Why keep the information a secret? There is no reason to. "By the information given to us, it seems that his medicine is located on the far side of the Fire Country, which is on the border of the the Village Hidden in the Rain. It may take us a few days to even get close to that region, which not only gives us time to prepare for a sudden attack, but also be rested for a long search in the fields or forests of this land. Yet, right here is where I want to get a rough plan out. Do you want to split up into two groups once we get there? Or stay as one. No matter what, the final decision will not be made on popular vote, but on which one has a better explanation to the operation. So, if you want a certain plan, give a good reason." Hero handed the scroll to Rikatu and Shouten, while backing up from his current spot, to let them look over the information even more. Just because he was Jounin, he should not shut them out. From his past, he knew how it felt to be shut out from making important choices in a mission such as these. Hero waited for a reply from either one of the ninja, as the time past by, ever so slowly. |

Rikatu jumped as Hero touched ground near him. but kinda expected something like that to happen. What Rikatu has known about Hero so far, he thought that he was a pretty good guy. Overall he was just a jonin leading the mission at the moment, maybe later on they could just sit and talk or something, but now they had to consentrate on the task at hand and that was exactly what Hero was talking about. Hm... well I guess that traveling for a few days might as well get my legs pumped up for an upcoming battle. Having the great Hero here means that there will be a fight... Rikatu nodded to Hero as he took in all of the information that he had been told, and then took the scroll and read over it before handing it to Shouten. "Well I don't really care if we split up or not. It might help to search or something but in the end we might as well stick together so we can fight. If we split up are chances will lower by far." Rikatu looked at Hero and Shouten before taking a deep breath and looking away with a big sigh. I hate how I always become insignificant in the end. We fight, complete the mission, and then go back home. There really isn't anything to do but 'get stronger' and 'become greater' ... I have to find something in life that helps me before I go crazy... oh wait to late. |

OOC: Sorry that I haven't been able to reply in a bit >.> just had a lot of stuff to do lol. IC: Shouten was eying the scroll in Rikatu's hand as he passed it to him. Shouten looked over the scroll and the contents in it. He then rolled it back up and handed it to Hero. Shouten stood up,and stretched yawning. "Ya I agree with Rikatu. I don't really care what we do, just as long as we get this mission over and done with." Shouten was thinking back to the one cup in his sink that he'd have to wash when he got home. Then he looked over to Hero and Rikatu. " So what do we do now? We gunna head out or what." Shouten continued smoking his pipe, waiting for an answer from the two other ninjas. Huh, I wonder if this mission will get exciting later on.... |
