"Great job, guys....."

Saiyuki felt relief course over him as he saw the Strength Sentinel fall. Akio's attacks had managed to distract the Sentinel. The feeling of the successful execution of a plan came over Saiyuki as he saw the beast heavily stagger. Then Takeshi finished off the Sentinel with a barrage of shockwaves. Saiyuki's hands fell from his hand seal to a fist of victory. Saiyuki dropped to his knees. However, Saiyuki then heard the Sentinel get up and cast a death roar. His eyes snapped unto the Sentinel's figure. He was surprised how the Sentinel had the strength to get up. Then he felt a deep crack as the fissures began spreading out. Saiyuki cursed as he felt the ground beneath fall away. As he was beginning to fall, he saw that the Sentinel had collasped also and was now falling down, too. It seemed the Sentinel wanted to take all of its enemies down with it, since it had lost to a group of genins. Saiyuki had a growing sense of alarm in him as he finally shook off his surprise and panic.

"Everyone! Watch out....!..............."

Saiyuki fell. As he fell, he started to concentrate his chakra. He formed a platform that he grabbed unto. Then, after a few painstaking moments, since his arms were in pain, he managed to heave himself up unto the platform. Then he took a breather. Then, he jumped up, making two foot holds along the way to kick himself up. As Saiyuki was going up, he could see a lot of empty space around him, covered in darkness, though he saw a few pillars that stood safe from the many fissures that had spread out. Saiyuki hoped none of his friends had fell. In this darkness, Saiyuki would not be able to save them. Saiyuki finally reached the top and got on top of a piece of earth that was still standing. Then he fell down into a sitting position as he looked around him to see if his friends had managed to survive. It had been a long fight and it would have been a shame had none of the winners, save Saiyuki, been there to savor the victory. He had fought with a tough crowd. He knew they would survive as he scanned his surroundings.

You guys won't die....though I doubt we have the strength to fight another one of those....Haha....

Kintaro rolled over to escape from the monsters attack. The place he was just at a few seconds ago was now a long hole. He watched as the monster was in the hole that he made. Kintaro stood up and the ground was still unsteady and Kintaro fell to his knee. He scouted out for a counter attack of the monster. He dashed forward to the monsters crater and watched the helpless monster lay there.

Kintaro, leaning on his Soshiken, gripped it tight and pointed it towards the monster. The monster was far into the hole but enough so That Kintaro could see it. He charged up the wind chakra within his Soshiken. The Soshiken was glowing with a white haze. Kintaro's arm was limp and weak, it could be used for nothing at this point in the battle. Kintaro jumped into the hole slowly while looking for any creases so he could come back up, there was none. The hole was made against Kintaro's liking, leaving no indents behind.

"O Sh*t" Kintaro said while round halfway to the monster.

Guess this is it Kintaro, the final attack, the final seconds of your life, the final chance to make a good impression to your team. If I'm going down, I'm going down with a bang, something that everyone in cloud village will remember, something that will never be forgotten. Lets do this right! Kintaro thought to himself as he poured all of his chakra into the Soshiken. This time the Soshiken was glowing a bright white, enough to light up the hole.

Kintaro brought the Soshiken over his head, ready to pounce on his prey. His prey lying there, waiting for the attack. It was too late to turn around for both of them, he had to go through with it. Kintaro, with his Glowing Soshiken, cried out in rage. "EAT THIS.... AHHHHH" Kintaro landed on the monsters chest with his Soshiken still behind him, flying at high speeds. The sword struck the monster in the chest, creating a huge white explosion, throwing Kintaro into the wall. The monster still lay there with no movements as Kintaro did the same.

He noticed that the monster was dead even before his attack. All of that chakra wasted into a dead body.

Kintaro opened his eyes and saw the white explosion reach his body. "Holy sh.." Kintaro could not finish his sentence as his Soshiken backfired and stabbed him in his chest. Kintaro coughed up blood, and could not see a thing, as the white explosion blinded him. "I never thought my sword would cause my death..." Kintaro said sarcastically as he closed his eyes and laid there, hopelessly. He took his last breath and he rolled over on his back. Kintaro was gone...

OOC: my Character is obviously dead.

Akio's plan had worked perfectly as hoped. Akio sighed with relief of providing enough of a distraction for Saiyuki and Takeshi to knock down the colossus. Akio's chakra had been mostly depleted and he was left tired and weak. Akio than took his headset, with excitement.

"Seems, like we won this battle ahahahaha!"

Akio smirked at the colossus who had fallen, Akio chuckled a bit seeing how the once mighty sentinel had met it's demise by a bunch of genin. Akio sat in the snow looking at the fallen sentinel, than the beast had risen in a last ditch effort to kill the lot of genin. Akio noticed how the beast began to recklessly twirl his scythe with no regard for human life. Akio had lost sight of the beast due to the snow the beast was whirling. The ground began to shake as Akio quickly rose to his feet. Akio knew the beast must've did one final attack to destroy all the genin. The ground first began to rumble than break. The ground underneath Akio began to crumble, Akio's mood instaneously disappeared as the ground beneath Akio broke.

Akio than picked up his umbrella, he had known his last charge of needles would come in handy. Akio than used his Jouro Senban as the needles dispersed he used his remaining chakra to and put the needles underneath his body. Doing so he used the flat side of the needles almost as a flying carpet. This was not easy, for Akio due to his small amount of chakra he could only hold this for about three seconds. In those three seconds he gained about five feet in distance. The stable ground was only near inches away from Akio. Akio used his remaining chakra to withstand his own body weight and he than jumped from his needle platform onto safe ground.

Akio than layed on the snowy floor taking loud deep breaths. Akio was basically immobile as he layed there staring at the gray sky. Akio than wiped the sweat from his forehead and fixed his headset.

"That quake was sure a surprise somehow, I made it. Some backup maybe required seeing that I cannot get up for the time being."

Akio layed there with a grin on his face for victory. He than pumped his fist for beating his first true enemy. Akio though nervous was proud that he himself contributed to the epic battle. Akio knew he had contributed to this fight as much as any other shinobi and was proud.

The coordination of their attacks had finally brought done this sentinel, they had won. As it crashed to the ground Takeshi gave a sigh of relief. He looke upon the beast to see it get up once more only to fall down, hoping to take them with it as to ease it's shame. Takeshi's precaution of getting distance between him and the giant sentinel helped him evade the fissures. He had more time to run before the reached him. As the cracks in the earth stopped opening he looked around hoping to see his comrades.

They just fought against that thing, theres no way some earthquakes could take them out after that....

He saw Saiyuki safely sitting and yelled out to him giving him a thumbs up on their battle. He had come to find a good group of partners and they could not have won without the abilities of each and everyone of the ninja who had participated. Takeshi had spent a great deal of chakra but didn't want to sit, his adrenaline wouldn't allow it.

"Nice job everyone, when we get home I'll have to treat you all to a nice meal....ha ha ha"

Takeshi laughed mostly because of exhaustion but also because he was alive and he knew his new found comrades were alive as well. He was spent , battling against any others like that one would be the end of him so he just took his breaths one at a time and waited.

The sentinel smirked as the ninja umped out of the way; barely. His opponent now seemed to finally be on their feet and ready for this encounter but it seemed unfair, but hey, any ninja being fought is a delight for the sentinel. He looked as the ninja Seijika made an odd attack or counter as snow balls came forth towards the sentinel. The ability sentinel barely moved and placed his hand up and focused his energy but he was a bit slow on the uptake, on purpose. He wanted to see what this ninja was made of. He then forced the energy out, right before the three balls were about to impact, as water rushed up and instantly froze as it made a barrier in front of him. Suddenly the three tags went off, as each snowball hit. The wall exploded and the sentinel flew back! Yet the bad news was it was not far. He almost landed on the ground but managed to get himself stable. Ice shards started to fall down from the air, and it smirked as it whipped its hands and arms around and a huge gust of wind came around and forced the ice shards towards the ninja.

"RAA!"

The sentinel screamed and the ice shards took their places for Seijika. About fifty or sixty of them about six inches long, went for him in the rest of the snow dust. It may come unexpectedly or not. As the ice shards soared in the air like bullets, the ability sentinel moved to its right and looked around and noticed one of his comrades fall. It snarled and slammed its fists together and looked at Seijika. The sentinel stopped in its floating position and the colorful parts on its body started to flicker oddly. It seemed ot be a bit intemidated by the ninja's actions against it comrade, with all the strength. But no matter, he was not about to give up, he was not even hurt badly, nor almost at all. The color on his body were slowing down, then speeding up at different paces. It was a sight to see, but not a good one at the same time. It then put a dead stare on Seijika, even worse than before, then let out a harshful yell.

"RAAAAAA!"

Seijika was happy to know that the explosions did something to the giant, but he took that happiness with a grain of salt. The Sentinel had only moved a short distance backward. And unfortunately, a last-minute ice wall also absorbed some of the power of the explosion. But at the very least, this monster was not invincible, just as its fallen comrade had just shown. That was all he needed from losing heart. However, pep-talk never gave him a victory. Rather, it was outsmarting his opponents that gave him the victory. That was when he realized what the Sentinel was doing. And suddenly, with a quick swing of the arm, fifty or so ice shards from the broken wall were sent in his direction. At this point, he really didn't know what to do. Jumping out of the way, which would still be hard to do, would give the Sentinel plenty of time for it to attack without allowing Seijika to counter-attack.

Time suddenly slowed down, and he had a flashback.

-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Akira-sensei threw a quick jab at his nephew's face. This was a test that he frequently did, and one that Seijika passed every time. Although, this turned from a reaction test to a second nature test. This particular test was different, for Akira-sensei followed up the punch with a hip check. As soon as Seijika moved his head out of the way of the fist, he spun around to go around the incoming hip.

"Very Good!" said Akira, with great conviction. "Now, your turn."

It was monkey see monkey do. Seijika used the exact same combo that his uncle used, but before his arm was completely stretched, his uncle lifted the arm and elbowed Seijika right in the side of his chest, knocking the wind out of him obviously.

Surprised, Seijika could only muster out a few words, "You ... bas ... tard ..." And after that, all he could do was gasp heavily.

"I did this to teach you a lesson the hard way. Attacks can be powerful, but using your enemy's attack is even more powerful. This is especially useful against someone more powerful than you. In China, we call this 'the one jing force that moves the thousand jing rock."

------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

Without warning, an idea popped into his mind. He reached his hand into the pouch that held his exploding tags and grabbed two of them. Without even looking, he threw them at the incoming ice shards and set them off almost immediately. The two explosions threw him backwards, but more importantly, they sent the ice shards back towards the Sentinel, with a speed even faster than they had originally. Seijika picked up his head and reached for his pouch again. There were only two tags left.

As Garnet stood about 50 ft away from Sei watching him fight the large beast he knew in his mind Sei wouldnt have a chance on his own. Garnet started to take a few steps forward trying not the fear the beast because it could be like one that can smell fear on you. He didnt wanna back away from this fight he noticed that it masters all the elements and its water abilities would be stronger then what Garnets is by a long shot. He noticed that Sei was a little injured but Garnet didnt have any healing jutsus but the temp was actually rising a little as the sun could just glare around there battle. Garnet walked behind Sei and placed his outter jacket on to warm Sei up from his wounds.

" Here. This should help you recover a little easier ill try and injure the beast a little."

The beast stood tall as Garnet was 10 ft from it he looked up to its eyes and stared at it for about a minute. Garnet started to get angry about this thing not making the first move. So Garnet fleed backwards about 3 ft throwing about 3 kunais towards the hinges on the beasts chest plates, but it just defected them into the ground.

Hmm...Maybe i have to slow it down a little. Maybe use a water jutsu then hope that the sun goes away so it starts to freeze the body parts but it looks like the sun is to powerful at the moment. Maybe i can knock it down with some Tags or a quick jutsu, hmm i dont know i guess im just gonna have to..

Before Garnet could finish the large beast swang a punch at him that looked like the fire element in its hand. It was a powerful punch, Garnet tried to flee but it hit his right shoulder making it all burnt and gross straight away.

" Wow. This power is so great and my shoulder! Its steaming, your going down."

Garnet then started to fiddle with the kunais and the tags in this pouch connecting them together then setting them on in the pouch so they explode straight as the hit the ground or the beast. As the tags where getting set on Garnet threw two right under the beast's tail. As the beast looked down towards the exploding tags and could only watch seeings it was nearly about to go off Garnet threw another one 10 ft higher then the beast. As the 2 lower tags when off the beast went flying in the air and as it was up there the other tag hit the beast in the right eye then exploding making it fall onto the ground. Garnet was now pretty happy in the little combo and decided to add a little jutsu too it. Garnet opened his gourd and got the water to head towards the beast. * Water Tomb Jutsu* As the water covered the torso and head of it because there was not enought water to cover the whole beast. And then as soon as it covered its whole body he quickly clunched his hand making a crack in his knuckles from the coldness.

" Heh, That would badly injure any of those Sentinal things...I wonder how much damage it done on this thing. Just in case i better protect myself i got enough chakra left."

As the water headed back towards Garnets gourd he decieded to perform another quick jutsu just incase it wanted to quickly counter Garnet without warning. So he performed the water protection jutsu. But seeings Garnet had practised this jutsu alot it started to turn into a dome shape inclosing the top of it making it harder to get in. But Garnet didnt know if it was strong or not. Garnet was quickly ready to perform another jutsu just incase and he was getting his hand seals for water claw jutsu ready for this beast.

Sakyuu jumped back as soon as he saw a spike fly off the sentinal captain, it was followed by two more and one of them was heading towards him. He began running through the snow but here it was piling up in thick blankets making it harder to run through. He turned and wactched the approaching spike and jumped as hard as he could to the right as it struck the spot he was just on. The spike and the jump worked together throwing Sakyuu into a world of pain and purple lights. He lay on the ground for about ten seconds whilst ice and snow from where the spike had crashed fell down onto him. Now under about an inch of snow he decided he should show how annoying the ordeal was. Sakyuu pulled himself off the ground and stood up. The world around him was still white and still icy, it contained no people though. He shook his head and got up again looking around. He appeared to be suffering from vertigo of a sort since now he was actually standing upright there was a lot more going on.

"Right...Who want's some?"

Sakyuu wasn't sure what some was but if anyone wanted it then, as long as it was a beating and not for example money, Sakyuu was willing to give them it in cart loads. His head was still aching and he hoped the strange feelings and thoughts would wear off soon since they weren't helping him concentrate. He looked up to see the sentinal begin a last ditch effort attack to destroy them. "K...u..s.o." Sakyuu began running away as the ground shook and then began to crack and collapse inwards towards the fallen Sentinal. A large crater was forming but Sakyuu ran up a large chunk of ice whuch was at 45 degrees as it fell and made a leap towards more stable ground. His hands scrabled for purchase as he hit the edge of a large chynk of ice which was overhanging on the crater. He pulled himself up and kept moving till the ground was still and stable. He looked at his left leg. It had been hurting as he ran but he hadn't paid it any attention. Now he looked he could see that there was a large chunk of ice in the lower leg. The muscles seemed okay and no bones were broken but it stung like a female dog and was bleeding quite badly.

Sakyuu looked around, it seemed he'd guessed wrong, fissures spread out from the sentinal's resting place and Sakyuu had escaped on of the biggest ones. He looked at what he was standing on and realised that it was actually an island of ice about five metres by five. There was a stomach dropping groan of the ice under him and then a loud crack. The Island swung round about forty degrees and began to collapse. Sakyuu ran towards the nearest edge and jumped over the abyss which lead down to a dark world below lined with jagged walls of ice which looked like the teeth of a feroscious creature. Sakyuu landed heavily on the other side of the fissure he jumped and looked behind him as the small island fell into darkness with the blue ice glinting light trapped in it mellenia ago. Sakyuu shook his head since that was a stuoid idea. He looked to his right in the main crater area of the beast, a figure had jumped down their and his sword was creating the light. Sakyuu watched as he fell down towards the sentinal captain, a famous last stand prehaps.

The ground shock as the walls fell inwards from the huge blast created by this guy's attack. The ground slid slowly downwards and Sakyuu had trouble standing against it and began sliding into the pit as well on the avalanche. It slowed and the white light died, leaving a sentinal captain wreathed in snow and about ten metres from Sakyuu a sword lay sticking out the snow only the hilt visible. around the sword the snow was turning red and Sakyuu pulled out the sword and inspected the blade. It was red with the blood of the boy who lay under the ice and snow. Sakyuu could see the rough shape of a person in the snow and stuck in the sword again by the guys head, making a fitting gravestone for the boy. He waited for the boy's friends to begin walking down into the pit. They owed the kid that much.

I LOVE TO SUCK THOSE TINY ICICLES!
A hand shot out and grabbed Seijika's collar and swaying back slightly, he spun and stopped the shinobi from crashing into the ice behind him. His breathing was extremely heavy and blood ran down his arm, but about his body a dark aura shone. Placing the Shinobi down on the ground, Takai looked up at the Sentinel in front of him. He had just spent the last few hours doing battle with the horde of Sentinels that had tried to swarm the shinobi and now it seemed he was now facing a stepped up version. His eyes blackened and his irises glowing a golden colour, he smiled and wiped a hand across his lips. Spitting down at the ground and seeing the white ground splattered by his blood he smirked. Yamato was by his side in his grip and the blade hummed with excitement at the ensuing battle. His battered body was bloodied with large gouges on his body, it was actually possible to see through the hole in his shoulder. His skin had been seared by their weaponry and like his shoulder, there were literally holes in his body. The blood vessels had been cauterised and he therefore hadn't suffered too badly from blood loss, but as he moved the damaged knee made him limp. His clothes had been torn to pieces and the pitiful amount of clothing on his chest made it possible to see nearly every injury he had sustained. Around the centre of his chest where his necklace hung, a large 'X' shaped cut was present and seemed to have been burnt into his skin. The smile was gone now and a serious expression fell across Takai's face and the aura around his body seemed to explode outwards and grew twice in size. The Sentinel did not remain still though, as Takai stood in front of it it produced another set of ice shards and launched them wildly towards Takai. He watched as the shards flew towards him and then looked down towards Yamato and turned it over in his hand. He scratched his forehead with his thumb and then looked towards the shards of ice, he held Yamato in front of himself and seemed to slice the air around him.

Without warning the ice shards stopped and seemed to explode. They avoided Takai and he looked toward the Sentinel and saw it preparing another attack. He pulled out a scroll and allowing Yamato to drop down, Takai summoned the sword in the Scroll and as Yamato dropped down to the ground it changed. It sliced into the ground, but what was in the ground was not Yamato, it was Zangetsu. Takai smiled slightly as he felt the blade's warmth in his hands, he felt at ease whilst wielding the behemoth of a sword. Takai closed his eyes and felt his second eye spasm and if anyone was watching, as he opened his eye lid, his eye had changed. It was like his other eye now and Takai could feel the surge in power as he accessed his second level of his Kekkai Genkai. Zangetsu shook in his grasp and the metal of the hilt began to bend slightly as Takai's grip grew that much stronger. The wrappings on Zangetsu latched onto Takai's forearm and he felt them tighten around his limb. The white bandages glowed and they were soon doused in the dark red colouration around Takai's body. Zangetsu began to change slightly as the colours of the blade reversed, but it grew stronger from this. Takai winced as he felt the pain shoot up through his body, but he had to move out of the way. A huge boulder of rock and earth was flying towards him and the protruding spikes on the boulder were not at all inviting. He threw himself to his left and slid on the ground as he landed and he bit his lower lip in pain. He felt blood pool in his mouth and could taste the iron of his blood on his lips, but he didn't care about that now.

As he rose to his feet he looked towards his left and saw Hayashi and Ike from earlier against their own Sentinel. It was a strong version like the one Takai was fighting, and they had a strong group against it. They seemed to be doing well and then all of a sudden out of nowhere, a sword slammed into the Sentinel they were facing and Ike was thrown back from the Sentinel. However as the Sentinel was removing the blade from its body, Hayashi had appeared before the Sentinel. His body was aflame like before and like a raging inferno he was intent to devastate whatever was in his path and the Sentinel was in his path. He forced his way around the Sentinel's defences and like with the earlier weaker Sentinels, he slammed his hand into the Sentinel. His body burst out with flames as his chakra surged, but Takai then had to turn away from their fight as a blinding white light began to emanate from the Sentinel's body and then the sound of a fantastic explosion signalled the end of either the Sentinel or Hayashi. Takai coughed slightly and smiled as pulled a headset off of a dead shinobi, he didn't know which village. He clicked the switch to turn the headset on and began to speak, he didn't know if anyone would hear, but he continued regardless.

"...Here we are again...Fighting an unknown foe with incomprehensible abilities and skills...Hah...My only wish is that I could have had those that have stood before a might like this, with me...You have all fought valiantly and even though I may not have been here to help you combat these beasts from the start...I hope none of you thought I wouldn't be here to help land the final blow against these bastards...Whatever these things are, wherever they came from I don't care...But they aren't staying here...Today will be a day remembered for when the villages fought together against a foe that threatened their existences...It will be a day remembered in the hearts of those who lost individuals here...For those fallen comrades, we will remember this day until our dying days..."

Takai turned the headset off and then crushed it into the ground and laughed at the act of wanton vandalism. He propped himself up and looked towards the Ability Sentinel that was preparing some sort of attack. It was evidently a large attack as it was unable to focus on anything bar it and was channelling a lot of energy from it and around it. Takai held Zangetsu in both hands and closed his eyes, he breathed in deeply and slowly. He felt his remaining chakra jump up and spike out of his body, it tore down his body and into Zangetsu and to his feet. He muttered the word Shunpo and gasped as he felt the chakra work its way around his body. He could feel it breaking the natural barriers against him increasing his speed and he knew the strain that this would be putting on his body. He didn't care though, this was his last stand on this hell hole of an island and as he looked around him, he knew it was up to him to put an end to this. He took one more fleeting gaze around him and then looked at the shadows growing around him, all around Takai hundreds of thousands of Sentinels were approaching and it seemed the Ability Sentinel had completed his technique. He had summoned an army of millions to fight with him and Takai laughed maniacally. These insane odds against his survival were hilarious, he knew he would be able to destroy the main Sentinel, but he had to be resigned to the knowledge that once he did, he was going to die a very painful death. He looked towards the Ability Sentinel and with Shunpo activated his body flickered and then disappeared. The sentinels around him jumped in front of the Ability Sentinel, they were willing to sacrifice themselves for the Ability Sentinel. Dodging their bodies, ducked under hulking weapons and spinning out of the way of wayward limbs of rock he continued towards the Ability Sentinel. He lifted Zangetsu up and pointed the blade in front of him, it sliced into the Sentinel and Takai closed his eyes. The Ability Sentinel grabbed his body and jerked him away from Zangetsu and was going to throw him like a rag doll. However before he could Takai had already done what he needed to, he had whispered the words, "Kuro Getsuga Tenshou" and as his sword pierced the Sentinel the black-red chakra poured into the blade and Takai's chakra was entirely forced into the Ability Sentinel. The chakra, the raw chakra exploded out of the sword as the Sentinel grabbed Takai and before it could fling him, the black and red curved fang exploded out of the Sentinel. The explosion of chakra sent a powerful wave out of the Sentinel and Takai felt the burning sensation and was almost in a sort of stasis, before being thrown violently back. Seijika would have felt it too, but he was lucky, the Sentinels had blocked him feeling the full force. As Takai flew back he felt the exhaustion, no more chakra to stem the blood loss, he fell unconscious. His limp body hit the ground hard and at the same time as the Ability Sentinel's body slammed into the ground. Takai had destroyed the Ability Sentinel, but was now at the mercy of the Sentinels, unless something happened fast, he was going to die.
