Nickel sighed as he jumped down from his position and with his right arm completley protected by armor deflected the cero or in better terms took the hit from the gennin. This was quickly followed by Nickel grabbing his signature throwing knife and holding it directly to kins neckline pressing in slightly to get a small trickle of blood

"If you don't like my leadership then your free to die alone you insignificant shadow of a former self....dont you dare think for a second I dont know who you are kin....the snow country has a village of ninja if you had forgotten we know ALL about you" the last part never reached a decible above a whisper as Nickel turned his attention to the other loudmouth that had started the majority of the trouble. With the same exact throwing knife Nickel tossed it to the boy and Nickel took off his shirt exposing literally hundreds od scars ranging from nail thin to sword slash huge.

"and you little bastard think your so high to speak to anyone you please like a fucking king....then by all means sir kill me right now and take your place amoung these proud warriors as there general and while your at it their king!....if not then sit the fuck down and shut your mouth or you'll be eating that blade you have in your hand"

Nickel smiled whickedly before grabbing a throwing knife for himself tossing it at the wall directly next to kins head wizzing past his right cheek "and dont you say another word either because im already sick of you and your mouth"

Nickel would get his knife back later or he wouldnt it didnt matter...for the time being he had another issue to deal with "so whats it going to be......kei?"

OOC: Yo, arc, Kei's cero wasn't aimed at Nickel. Also, not sure how Nickel knows about Kin when nobody else knows much about him. Kei's probably the only exception since he met with Kin face to face at one point in time. You may want to edit your post bro.

IC:
Taiteki acknowledged everyone's comments, responding to them accordingly. First was Kuro's comment about the battlefield: "Can't blame you, on the battle field you need to be strong and have someone else who is strong to watch your back. I got both of those covered, right?" Tai-san? Taiteki gave a grin and nodded.

"You know it, Kuro-san. Nobody will stand a chance."

Kei's outburst was far calmer than Kuro's, but his underlying message was not caught by Taiteki, mainly because he was not informed of Kei's prior meeting with Gekkou Kin several months ago. He did not know the information that Kei learned prior to Kuro's arrival in Kumogakure.

"Good to see you, Kei. Everything alright upstairs? Seemed like you were having some difficulties up there."

Taiteki then turned to Sena, who had explained his battle traits.

"Speed expert? Go figure, I'm highly taijutsu oriented... won't say anything about my genjutsu or ninjutsu abilities though. You'll have to see that for yourself, haha."

Taiteki gave a grin to Kei and Kuro, both of whom would know about Taiteki's ninjutsu and genjutsu, before continuing.

"I'm part of the Matsuro clan. We have a unique Kekkai Genkai control..."

OOC: Edited again >.>

ooc: seth, I'ms orry but i gotta point out- 1) the cero was aimed at a plate, 2) Nickel doesn't know Kin, 3) Kin's identity has been completely altered, he bares no resemblence to his older self, 4) we're at the fucking north pole bro, it's 60 below zero celsisus, you'll die in seconds!!

Kin showed no reaction to Nickel at all, he only waved his hand disapprovingly at him as if to say: "go away your annoying."

"yo, keep it down over there, we're trying to talk. And put your shirt back on, you'll die....."

Kin then turned his attention toward Kei, he didn't think much of Kei, but he could tell he at least had a brain and some planning, unlike the other boy across the boat.

"you think too much Kei...maybe I am not strong for a genin, but your just weak. I mean, he had to have both you and Taiteki, plus that other girl all stick together......yet he trusted me to take down the islands entire security..........I think that makes you very mad. It was also me who mapped out the entire plan to infiltrate and escape the island, I think that makes you mad too. Unlike Tai, I can fight, unlike you I can think, and unlike soon-to-be-frosted over there, I can lead."

Kin pulled his feet in and leaned forward, finally moving out of his relaxed pose he moved his face closer to Kei's and he slid his scarf and hat away from his eyes a little bit to give some noticable distance. A thick black bandage ran over his eyes and tied around the back of his head, he got a larger one for this mission to insure that it provided some extra warmth for his eyes and head.

"come on, remove the eye cover.......see if you can guess what I am, you wanna see what's underneath this blind-fold, I can tell. Come on, I dare ya.........unless your afraid..........."

Hakumei was getting bored with these talks. The blast from Kei had been an interesting watch and a messy one as well. Then when Nickel seemed to enter odd striper mode. Hakumei side and walked to the door where Garnet was sitting. It was still iced over and when the ship lurched some small icicles fell from the ceiling. Hakumei nodded to Garnet. "Get back a bit, I'm going out." Hakumei felt the door handle and retracted his hand quickly, it was so cold it burnt. He looked back at his hand and then looked down the stairs. The group was still fighting and it wasn't a constructive arguement either. "Nickel, your ability at keeping order is failing. Is there no-one here who is able to lead us?" No one paid him any attention and he sighed heavily, his breath forming a cold white mist before his eyes. Now the older one called Kuro was talking about his blindfold, the arguement seemed to drag on. Hakumei whispered beneath his breath. "Some one take it off just to shut the tit up."

Hakumei sat down on the steps as the ship rocked back again and the soup tureen fell off its stand. He sighed inwardly and thumped the metal door hard, he was trapped in this ship with the most annoying people he'd ever met and what was worse their was about five of them. He looked at Garnet, and then past his ear where Rikatu had his head poking out from the lower storage decks and cabin areas. Garnet, come with me, you might as well meet someone who can watch your back. Hakumei walked down the steps and past the arguing group towards Rikatu.

I shouldn't be here, at my level I will be foolish to run near the front. However Garnet should never have come. He doesn't know enough about fighting and will be stabbed in the back whilst protecting his front. It might be good to help him, but I will be fighting elsewhere so I best show him to some others.

"Rikatu. The ship is not sinking don't worry about that. The captain can look after it, if not steer it." Hakumei signified Garnet to come forwards. "This is Garnet, I would be grateful if you would protect his back and he yours in the battlefield. Garnet met Rikatu, he is an ice user so should be exceptionally good in this battle ground, I'm glad your getting on so well." With that Hakumei turned and headed over to the arguing group again and sat on a chair nearby.

I LOVE TO SUCK THOSE TINY ICICLES!
OOC: Yeah Hissori, the err Cero was for the bowl >.< Kuro is also sorta, well, like a big massive case of plastic surgery lol. He is Kin, but looks totally different, so looks can't help there really. Plus can everyone take note of this, it is very very very cold, like everywhere, just colder up top.

IC:

"It is indeed true that we were forced to remain together, 'that girl' is called Namine though, you'd do well to take note...I am not going to get into the whole stronger and weaker scenario Kuro...We both know there is only one true way for that to be concluded. I never said you were incapable Kuro, nor did I say I thought you did not perform well, perhaps it is you that is thinking over this too much? No, what I disliked was your jovial nature over the kil -- No slaying of those that came towards you, it is not the act of killing them that I hold in disdain. It is how you and Kisuke kept count in a competition like fashion, that is what I did not agree with...However then again, I suppose it is your nature to presume you know everything that I was contemplating...It's funny I once met a person like you, he even deduced things like you did...If only I could recall that man's name...Did it begin with a K..."

Kei smiled as Kuro spoke to him, as he goaded him to remove the cover on his eyes. Kei laughed slightly as he pressed the matter, he didn't really care what was behind the cover. Nor did he wish to have his actions dictated by the one in front of him, if Kuro was so intent on Kei removing the blindfold then Kei could do it when he wanted to.

"Haha...Ah, I will have to pass up that opportunity at the moment though Kuro. I am not ready 'to be enlightened' just yet and Kuro...Not afraid, I just couldn't care less" Kei smiled towards Kuro and under the table he held his palm open slowly pouring chakra into his hand.

It's called Ice For Life baby!
Rikatu heard footsteps come down behind him. He looked behind his shoulder and saw his old friend Hakumei. Rikatu smiled but still pressurized the hole. He stood up still keeping the ice over hole with one hand.

"Hakumei! Nice to see you again! Ah Garnet, nice to meet you. ya i do the whole ice thing, Hakumi has seen it first hand, Rikatu hakumi?"

Rikatu laughed a little thinking bought his first mission with Hakumi, he practically saved his life! Rikatu looked over to the hole wedged with ice and wood. It looked liked it was bolted door with water oozing from time to time. Rikatu turned to face Hakumi.

"ya well, i better fix it now, i have been with boats my entire life being at the snow village and all... i know what happens, especially in weather and temperatures like this. Now, excuse me for a second..."

Rikatu turned toward the hole once more. He took water that was already on the floor an made an ice cube the size of his head and added charka to it and it changed to a darker shade which made it shadow ice. he slowly put it unto place and sealed it along the edges to make it hold.

"Ok, done. Now what you guys wana do?"

OOC: yeah definetly dropped the ball on my end so just disregard me and mine and this should be back on track eventually

IC: Nickel vanished from sight and reappeared at the back of the boat where no one was located and found himself a nice spot at the bottom of the ship. He struggled with the notion of getting off the boat right then and there but decided he would stay and do what Hissori begged him to do. he remembered the conversation they had the night he was asked the question

~flashback~

Hissori: Nickel come here please

Nickel: What is it armari-kun you should be resting your going to be in a lot of pain tomorrow as it is

Hissori: stop calling me that name damn you and read this letter, i cant focus.

Nickel: I know whom its from...the Raikage wants your assistance in the upcomming mission he is putting together, he doesnt know what your doing up here so before you say anything I'll go

Hissori: but your blood....wont you freeze?

Nickel: the phoenix blood will be fine....I'll just need a few supply packs to get me through the beginning climate change then the blood will regulate on its own....now get some sleep you have a big day ahead of you

~end flashback~

It took seconds for Nickel to set up the IV drip and get the blood to flow into his body, Nickelcounted one more bag and he smiled, he hated the feeling of foreign blood miing with his own, but it needed to be done and for the time being Nickel slumped back against the floor and with careful eye watched the blood drip slowly down into him hoping the two gennin he had argued with didnt see him.....it was too much to explain to anybody

This is getting out of hand.

Saiyuki stepped out the shadows from where he was standing. He had been observing Kuro/Kin ever since he made that rather dark comment. That Kuro just gave Saiyuki a feeling he just couldn't place, though he did not remember meeting somebody like him. He was arrogant beyond belief, at least in Saiyuki's point of view. Then there was Nickel. He seemed to be Hissori's relative and the Raikage's representative, but he didn't have the aura that Hissori had that naturally drew people to him. He was also practically unknown in the shinobi world. He might have went to all of those wars and such, but he was being way too straightforward in announcing that he was to be their leader. Not many would trust their lives in someone who had just come out into the open.

Hmm, there are only Kumogakure shinobi here......perhaps I shouldn't get involved....

"Nickel, I understand that it's not completely your fault, but if you can not even earn the trust of shinobi from your village, then we from Konoha will also have our doubts."

Saiyuki clearly said this so everyone would hear. He threw one more dark glance at Kuro before turning and leaving the scene. He wished he was somewhere warmer. After a few steps, he reached a practically frozen door. Without stoppig, his eyes flashes as the door opened on its own accord. It was simple, as it was part of his ability and he had no wish to let his hand get frostbite. With that, he walked out of the Kumogakure shinobis' sight. He walked into a rather dim room, but still warmer than outside and gracefully sat down on a chair. He was worried. The Cloud shinobi weren't completely unified and Saiyuki couldn't reach anybody important from his own village. He sighed as he closed his eyes.

"This situation could be better."

Oh, you saucy temptress...
The tensions were dwindling now. Kei had neutralized any more arguments by not touching Kuro's wrap over his eyes. Nickel had taken off to avoid any more confrontational arguments (at least that's what it seemed like to Taiteki). Everyone was calmer now. He just hoped Kei and Kuro did not start up again. He disregarded Kuro's comment about Taiteki's combat skills, taking it more as a joke than something serious. He had nothing to worry about. He was a decent taijutsu fighter with a deadly bloodline. He even held his own and knocked out an assassin who came after him. Letting out a laugh at Kuro's statement, he left it there and stood up on the table, looking at Kuro and Kei.

"Kuro-san, Kei, do either of you know how soon we'll get to our location? We've been sailing for a long time. It's just getting colder, but our landing point still has not appeared. Is the captain steering the ship in the right direction?"

Taiteki was tempted to go outside and risk the terrible weather harming him to check for the other ships. Surely they were still with the other ships, right? Or were they off course? Could that be what was going on? He did not want to jump to any conclusions.

"God it's getting really cold... I'd kill for a good Katon user to be here right now..."

Kin only leaned back in the chair, he didn't reply to Taiteki's attempt to ease the tension. He pulled his hat back on but left the scarf hanging loose, he smirked toward Kei who was trying to shrug off the situation at this point.

he knows......I was right, I did meet him before I lost my memories

"why is it bad............to kill scum, I killed 102 men on that island in total, one of my biggest kills on a single mission. Roughly, I am said to have killed somewhere in the thousands...and by comparison that's only slightly above average to most shinobi my age. A ninja is a one man genocide.............and I feel it's important to like what you do for a living."
