well this jounin exam is over, and I must say i feel it was pretty successful, well here are the results



Hissori- promoted
Saiyuki- promoted
Hero- promoted
Ike- promoted
Takeshi- promoted
Seisho- Deferred (around the time I dq'd seisho, word got to me that he lost access to the internet, obviously I still had to dq him because he hadn't gotten it back. But I am considering giving him his own make up match, as his inactivity wasn't his fault).



obviously you all realize "wow that was kind og generous," nobody argued, or got mad, and for the most part I think everybody else had fun. That is what this rp is all about, the fun, and sportsmanship. so while i give these promotions to you for a job well done on setting a great example, I can also take them away, just the same. This promotion is a gift because I feel everyone did great, this jounin exam has truly made me happy, to see that we can have a bunch of really awsome and epic fights without getting at eachother's throats, which for a long time seemed to be the standard, rather than the exception. So I hopeyou all continue to set this example.....................cuz if you don't I'll just demote your ass, lol. (no seriously, keep up the good work, these are rewards, not accomplishments, they can be taken back if you abuse them)



also, as I said before I'll consider continuing the tournament just for fun (no impact on the promotions), but I'll leave that up to vote, anybody can vote on this (of course im paying more attention to the votes of those who participated). so if you wanna start won's first "just for fun" tournament, vote yes, if your tired and wanna end it, vote no.

okay for those who registered, the exam will be starting in three days (the 26th). this will be slightly different from the other exams so pay attention


-keep bitching and arguing to a minimum, being a Jounin means being able to deal with some slight bullshit here and there. Jounins are adults, so unless it's something big, I really don't want to hear it.

-It will be one round, ONE ROUND, everyone gets one fight and that is it. Meaning if you screw up badly it's over, you shouldn't need three fights just to proove yourself. Besides I want people to focus on rp'ing well, and not on winning, there will be no Jounin Exam champion. for fun, it might continue as a tournament just to see who would have won, but promotions will be decided after the first round.

-Yes, I will be participating AND judging, to be honest I don't care if anyone says I have a conflict of interest, at this point I could have simple promoted myself because I have earned chuunin 3 times and jounin twice. If I can't judge properly just because I am fighting as well, then I suppose I am not worthy to be running this site. I simple want to participate in the battle.

-keep bitching and arguing to a minimum, yea I know I just said that before but I want to make sure everyone gets the message. For to long has every fight on this site been plagued with immature arguments over who did what too fast or did a jutsu thats too strong or dodged improperly. If you even watched naruto you should be used to A-class bullshit, I mean seriously, nobody in that damn series fights fair ANYWAY. Unless it's something that screams bullshit and makes it impossible for you to continue without damning yourself to a loss, then keep your trap shut.

-replying to a godmod with a godmod of the same size or slightly bigger magnitude is not acceptable. If i stumble onto an argument of somebody arguing "I only godmodded slightly cuz he godmodded first" then neither one of you is going to get a promotion. If somebody pulls a borderline bitchy move, proove to me that you are the better man and just let it go and continue fighting fairly.

-if you go 48 hours without posting twice then you are disqualified instantly (unless you got one hell of an excuse...and a way to recuperate from the posting failure)

-if you excesively get close to the limit, such as taking 40 hours, then 38 hours, then 42 hours, and so on. You will get a warnin, and then get dq'd if it does not stop. (same exception as above)

Okay i know there were some delays due to the making of the new site, but the time skip has come. This isn't much of a big deal (otherwise it would have been higher on the priority list), but as for story purposes it is indeed a big deal. After ten months of a raging ware, the orcs have been surpressed and finally ended once and for all. After the results of the war Sound and Sand have come out on top of the power struggle, the endless battling prooving to be too much of a weight for the good guys to bare by themselves, they have decreased in power and resources, and things are darker than ever.
