This w/end we will b offering free club membership. We will be taking details ie name address emergency contact details and ur 3rd party insurance details. If u donot have insurance we can sort this out also. If people would like to donate a small amount this would also b appreciated.

Basically its a group thing the council wants the group to be safety orientated and enforce our own group in checking their kite insurance. It will be pretty much the same thing as North wales power kite club membership forms.

Finally got my insurance through today back dated to beginning of December so will
bring it down sunday

I have been thinking and with this council thing thats going on now it can only help the club to become a recognised feature in rhyl.However will the club have to get third party insurance for anyone who just walks up to us and wants a go with a view to joining?You get lots of enquiries during the summer months,this is something we need to address,and get a definitive answer from the council,perhaps a disclaimer form(suggested by Marie) is the answer.Does anyone know what turbulance deal with this. <_<
