This forum is for fans of S.E. Hinton's novel (and film and TV show) "The Outsiders." Our board name comes from the filming location of the Curtis house used in the movie.

It is my first fic ever, and I want to know what people think. I know it's on the short side, so I'm working on that. How should I make it longer? Is it interesting? Should I go into more detail? Any ideas? What are some general things I can do to make it better? Do you think I should combine chapter 1 and 2? I would greatly appreciate your help.
