This forum is for fans of S.E. Hinton's novel (and film and TV show) "The Outsiders." Our board name comes from the filming location of the Curtis house used in the movie.

Deleted User	Okay, so I just got out a new story, called That's All Between the River and Me. (If anyone know's the song, it's based off of that.) It's in Steve's POV. So it's going to be difficult! (Steve's a pretty complex character..) I would really love some reviews on it, telling me what you like, don't like, if Steve is in character, if I need to work on him a little more, etc. But for now, just remember -- I only have one chapter out. So if you don't like it yet, I'd like for you to please just give it a try, at least until a few more chapters come out. AND I would LOVE a beta for this story, by the way. Deleted User	I know you only have one chapter so far, but I enjoy it! I think you have a very good handle of Steve. I like how you worked his narration as I would also see him talking the same way. I hope to see more chapters in the near future. Yes, Steve needs more love!

You really did an awesome job of capturing his personality. That smart, rude, and nasty adittude of his...I just want to slap him as hard as I could across the face! I could never do that though! I love Steve too much! Oh, and his anger control issues, you did an excellent job of showing that to! Keep up the good work!
