The masses were evenly spread along the open field. The center of attention, the Officers' Square, was a large green embankment covered in bright, fresh grass. This square lied squarely in the center of the capital city, Plac-Millaes, and would usually be moderately populated with a dozen or so picknickers. However, the day of W.Q. Rabiha's inauguration was rocked by an intense fervor never seen before. The chants of populism had worked; Rabiha had won a landslide vote for his Islamist party.

"We have won, my people. We have won. We have won for the worker, the intelligentsia, and for all the Gaedic people. We will prosper under a new G.C.U."

The crowd roared. Nonetheless, a few individuals exclaimed "Stop the Foreigners! Stop the Foreigners!"

As Rabiha continued to speak, the masses soon picked up the rhetoric. The crowd began echoing the same line, over-and-over.

Rabiha did his best to ignore the sentiments, as he too was quietly overjoyed by the crowd.
