Our government would like to exchange a standing 15% discount on all coal, gold, and platinum purchases at-cost for the length of five years for the following items: 1.000 (one thousand) M4A1 rifles 20 (twenty) T-99 tanks 2.000 (two thousand) MP5A4 submachine guns 100 (one hundred) UK MRAP vehicles 2 (two) Antonov 28 transport aircraft The Capetonian Ministry of Defense's address is 90 Plein Street Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town 8000, Greater Cape, Africa. The Republic certainly hopes the Caliphate finds our bid agreeable. A naval ship containing the aircraft has been sent, along with 2 C-130 Hercules aircraft containing small arms. The tanks will also arrive in 2 days. Actually, as of this point, GC doesn't have official military weapons, technologies, or vehicles. Given the recent civil war, Greater Cape has to build its military from scratch. Also, if the GCU is going to help Greater Cape in such a manner, it would probably make good RP sense to develop formal diplomatic relations between the two countries.

We can open our ports for all ships with a Greater Cape flag, along with "special" treatment of Greater Cape citizens. Also, we should start making embassies.

OOC: I'm curious as to what website you use to gather your economic data GC? I'm actually looking for a good website that collects NS data as the old one I used doesn't work. That being said, GCU isn't quite the largest in the Middle East...at least not in defense spending. Paradise has a $274 trillion spending budget :lol: IC: Open Communication Transcaucasian Union The United Dominion of Transcaucasia would like purchase: -10,000 M4A1's -10,000 MP5A4's The government would like to purchases these weapons with an exchange of over 50,000 barrels of oil. If this is acceptable, the Transcaucasian government will accept these weapons in the port of Poti. Transcaucasia already has the oil ready for shipping and can have it at any port in the Gaedic Caliphate.

As it is the Sabbath Government will not be back to office until Sunday 09:00 PNT in which the proposal will be heard in both the RCC and the AoR. I should know if the approval will pass early this week. Gen.
