OOC: this role-play is set after "Yoloys: Burning In The Dark" and the island becoming free from Confederate influence. So hope this makes it easier for you guys to understand this topic lol! IC: With wedding celebrations vast approaching, the island nation of Yoloys was slowly bustling with new found energy. Paparazzi kept constant but restricted round-the-clock vigils of the once unknown Mr Saōchenko. Newspapers published lengthy articles on Duchess Luilia's childhood and university life. Television stations began to broadcast documentaries and "one-hour" specials which detailed the now up and coming wedding. In the compounds of the Imperial Palace, relatives (including those who of non-royal status) of the Imperial Family gathered around the large mahogany desk in Tsar Azil's private study. The entire day had been spent deciding on the guest list and other important matters. The surviving sisters of Tsar Yonoi (who all relinquished their membership to the Imperial Family and royal titles, upon marrying commoners), were also in attendance; along with husbands and some of their children. "So, is everybody OK about the guest list? Kara Foi? Hideh Foi? Jana Foi?" questioned the well-prepared monarch. All three sisters - and former royals - gave a nod of approval. As all were of old age, chairs had been provided for them to rest upon - the custom at the Imperial Palace was for those of non-royal to stand if the Tsar was sat. This somewhat echoed the future that was ahead of Duchess Luilia. "Now, as I'm reiterating my statement, the guests will start to arrive from tomorrow. They will stay for the duration of the wedding celebration - which is a week-long - and will be treated as if they're are all on holiday. It is to be expected that many Libyan and Whaladyan royals will attend, so be polite. The presidents/foreign ambassadors will also be treated in the same manner as the guests who are of royal descent. The Palace will be filled to the top with children, so please make sure that nothing bad comes of these children - Hedeh and Huzan, keep an eye on all of them! Do you understand? Start to expect guests to arrive from tomorrow or in the next couple of days ," With that mind, the invitations were already being sent across the Middle East and most of mainland Europe. |

Sharyan was sitting with his two brothers Abdullah and Jabulah along with his son in-law Ashlifa who had Prince Abul Jabula al-Malik his son in his lap as the four relatives sip tea and talked about the coming conference between the tribes. As they did Seraphina walked in with a message for Sharyan from his friend the Tsar about the Imperial Wedding that would be taking place in a few days. Seraphina had adopt some of her husband's culture's of covering her head with a veil and she had full learn arabic to communocate with the Libyans. She also now worked as her brother in-law's assissant at the Foreign Ministry in the diplomatic afdairs between her brother the Emperor and Sharyan. After delivering the message she sat down with her family and waited for her husband Hamza to come up to spend sometime with his father. She had learned over the months that family was very important to Sharyan and Islam. After spending time with the family Seraphina went back to the third floor with the responds to the Tsar that the Libyan Royalty would be honoured to come to the wedding and Sharyan was happy for the couple for inviting him to their ceremony.

The private aircraft, which carried Sharyan and his family, arrived at Larnaca International Airport in the midst of a rainy evening. On the tarmac, a midnight-black limousine waited patiently for the passengers to step out of the aircraft. Sharyan, Hamza, Seraphina, his son-in-law Ashlifa and his daughter were the first of many Libyan Royals to arrive in Yoloys. The other Libyan guests were to arrive tomorrow morning. When the group saw the limousine, they all jumped in straight away - to avoid becoming soaking wet from the heavy rain. The driver greeted them with a polite "Hello" and navigated his way towards the city of Ejy. A few minutes into the journey, Sharyan began to talk. "Shukar Alhamdulillah! We've all arrived safe and sound. Now as you may all know, Yoloys is a completely different world compared to our proud nation. This is the homeland of the Daina religion. As representatives of the Libyan Royal Family, we must strive to keep up appearances and respect the culture of these people. The Tsar, as you may know, is a good friend of mine and I've known him since he was a young child - which seems like a hundred years ago - so please respect all of his decisions," said Sharyan. When the group finally arrived at the Imperial Palace, Tsar Azil and his two sons stood outside the elegant entrance. "Zanaam - hello - my friends, welcome to Yoloys," greeted Tsar Azil and shook the hand of each male member. Huzan, the eldest, was admiring the elegant Islamic clothing that the guests wore. Hedeh on the other hand, reverted back to his shy self and whimpered behind the legs of his eldest brother. "Come inside and have some tea, the bride (Duchess Luilia) is really looking forward to meeting you," laughed Tsar Azil heartily and led the Libyan Royals into the large tea-room. Sharyan sat at one side of the table with Hamza and Seraphina sitting next to him while Ashlifa was sitting in a chair with his son in his lap feeding some food. Sharyan was talking with his friend when the Duchess Luilia came in and sat down next to Tsar Azil before greeting the Libyan Royalty who had arrived that day. Sharyan greeted the duchess by a translater and thanked her for inviting his family to her wedding before introducing the other royalty. After this the hosts and guests sat down for some tea and made talk about what has happen since the last time the two leaders talked including how tomorrow Crown Prince Mahound, Abdullah, and Hanifia would arrive with the Queen.

"Welcome to my home, Sharyan Uncle. It's been almost a decade since you've last made an official visit to the island of Yoloys - was it 1991 or 1992, that you visited my mother and father?" questioned the middle aged Tsar politely. Amongst the various other Middle Eastern leaders, Azil was by far the youngest out of all of them. Sharyan smiled to himself and reminisced of much more simpler times. "Yes," said Sharyan, "it had been 1992. I remember quite clearly now due to the weather; Yoloys was experiencing a heatwave of sorts, if I correct - it must have been, as I quite clearly remember having taken a polaroid of the Ejy cityscape". "Oh I see, you are right. That was the year before my sister Rojye, the former Duchess Iiye, got married. I think my mother still has some old bits and bats from that heatwave of 1992 - I'll have to find it later on, anyway - do you enjoying being back in Yoloys after all these years?" Whilst the two rulers discussed long forgotten memories; the younger generation of royals talked of the huge anticipation associated with weddings. Luilia had sat next to Princess Seraphina. The two women were of a similar age group, so the conversation was rather informal. "Marhaban, 'anā Luilia! Surirtu biliqā'iki - hi, I'm Luilia! It's a pleasure to meet you," smiled Luilia in a friendly manner. "Wow, I'm impressed at how well you spoke in Arabic! Do you already know how to speak my husband's language?" said a shell shocked Seraphina. Luilia smiled to herself and answered the question, "Most Yoloysese are able to speak fluent Arabic by age ten, it's easy really. My mother tongue, the Yoloyese language or 'Tahsūu', is similar to standard Arabic - so it's not that hard to learn." "My Arabic is atrocious compared to how you speak!" "You sound perfectly fine to me, by the way - where do you originally hail from, as you do not appear to be from Libya?" |

Seraphina respond to Luilia blushing a little bit " I'm from Kasynia and I'm a member from the Imperial Kasynian Family. I meet my husband after taking over as the goodwill ambassador for my country from my aunt who retired from it to spend sometime with her family." Which Luilia smiled at as she knodded. As the two women were talking Hamza had walked over to Ashlifa where he watched his nephew look around in joy in his father's lap. Huzan and Hedah walked over with younger duke hiding his brother Hamza and Huzan shook hands " Asalaamu alaikum Huzan and Hedah it's good to see you again after such a long time. How have you been since returning to your country?" Huzan respond "Wa ‘alaykum al-salaam Hamza it's good to see you again and doing pretty good." He responded to his friend and then turned to Ashlifa "Asalaamu alaikum Ashlifa" which Ashlifa return back. |

Hedeh chose to talk with Ashlifa and her infant son rather than interact with Hamza, as he still felt slightly shy around the man's mere presence. Hamza noticed the young royal's reluctant shyness and questioned Huzan about the matter. "You mean Hedeh? Just leave him, he can be a spoilt little brat at times," grunted Huzan matter-of-factly, "besides, it's not his fault I suppose, after what he experienced back in the Confederacy," Hamza agreed but still felt slightly concerned. Anyway, Huzan began to talk of football and famous Arabic players; so Hamza instead turned his attention to that topic instead. The conversation soon ended as Tsar Azil had an announcement to make. "My dear guests, it is time for you all to retreat to your own private quarters to rest and unpack essentials and items of clothing. The first evening of the wedding celebrations will commence at seven o'clock promptly. It will be segregated of course - the males will be with me, at Goceia Residence which is the medium sized building across from the main palace building. The females will remain in the palace - whilst the children will be in the upstairs rooms of Goceia Residence. Have a nice evening, and see you all at seven!" |

Sharyan nodded as he and his family went to his room to unpack where he would be staying for the wedding and as he entered his room he look around remembering this room from over two decades ago when he last stay here on a visit to his old friend the old Tsar who he had high the highest respect towards during the friendship. As Sharyan walked over to one of his luggage he took out his rihal and placed on a near by table before taking out his Quran which he traveled with when he left the Republic which he put in the rihal for when he read holy book before going to bed at night. He then sat down in the chair next to it before taking out one of his books that he brought to read here in the palace. Hamza and Huzan were talking as they walked in Hamza and Seraphina's room where he placed his bag that he was carrying that had his books in it along with his laptop case on the table so he could set up it later to receive reports on the current military movements and other defense reports to make sure everything was going well. The two were talking about what they have been up to since they last saw each a few months ago "So Hamza what have you been up to these last few months?" Hamza responded "Working with my Uncle Jabulah to keep the military running so that its ready to fight any threats that could face the Republic and spending some time with my family along with help Seraphina get use to the Arab and Islamic culture of our country. Additionally getting ready to pass my position on to General Fahdi who will be the next Supreme General in Command after I become the Crown Prince for my brother Mahmoud who will be acceding the throne in the next few weeks once my father steps down". Huzan smiled and nodded as he continued "Well it seems you have been busy since the last time we saw each. You do you still watch the football games in the stadium in your capital when Arab Sultan FC plays it games?" Hamza smiled "Yeah when every I can during the week, Arab Sultan doing great this season a specially the skipper Osama Abdullah who has gotten two hat tricks this season and help lead the team to a first place position right." The two prince s continued to talk about the football leagues in their two countries as Hamza unpack his bags. The other royals just explored the palace as they wait for seven for the first even of the wedding celebrations to began in the royal palace compound and at around 6:45 Ashlifa, Sharyan, Hamza along with Abul Jabula walk into the Goceia Residence where they meet with Azil greet them to the first even of celebration. |

The men congregated in the Drawing Room of Goceia Residence, wedding decorations adorned in every nook and cranny. Chairs had been set out in little groups of sevens and eights; with a medium sized wooden table (which had plates of sweet and savoury dishes on top) in the middle. A small television set in the corner of the room hummed with activity. Sharyan, Hamza, Ashlifa and Abul Jabula sat somewhat near the centre of the room. The Tsar had momentarily disappeared to greet some guests, so the group were by themselves for the time being. "The room looks really amazing, doesn't it?" said Ashlifa gleefully. The others agreed. Abu Jabula and Sharyan were busy sampling some of the sweet dishes on offer. A turquoise blue cake, similar to a Swedish Princess Cake; was considered the most tastiest of the sweet dishes. "Aren't the Yoloysese renowned for their hookah (shisha) intake at weddings? I'm surprised there isn't one here present" hinted Hamza. "I suppose you are right - Azil told me earlier that they don't do hookah until the third or fourth day, when the women host a party of some sorts for the female members of the groom's family. Seraphina is going to enjoy herself this week!" laughed Sharyan. The room was beginning to fill with male guests. Many were from the wealthy elite, members of the government, relatives of the Tsar and a couple of Luilia's male friends. The Libyans were so far the only foreign royals in attendance Suddenly, Azil appeared out of thin air - with another man of similar appearance and height - and again welcomed the Libyan Royals to the gathering. "Zanaam Sharyan Uncle and Hamza and Ashlifa and Abu Jabula! This is my brother-in-law Colin Neroso; he's married to my elder sister Rojye," Tsar Azil pointed to the other man. "Greetings, my name is Colin Majid Neroso - I'm a marine biologist, please don't stand up and greet me - I'm a mere commoner." With that, Colin bowed respectfully and held out to two fingers - the ring and the middle finger - towards Sharyan's direction and touched his forehead (his fingers in that same position) two times. The Libyan Royals were somewhat confused by this act. Hamza made a mental note to ask Huzan afterwards. "Anyway, would you men like to join us in a conversation of sorts? We're discussing funny childhood memories and I thought it would be fun to include you all in as well! What do you say to that? Sharyan Uncle you can go first if you are so humble, you are our elder after all and deserve to begin the conversation" Edited by Yoloys, Jan 1 2015, 09:00 PM.

Sharyan nodded before beganning his story "I would be happy to began my friend, my childhood was a fun one and I was the first born son of my father along with being the oldest child out of all my brothers and sisters. My childhood was amazing I was raised in the royal palace during my grandfather's reign who I spend most of my time with when my parents were busy and my grandfather would teach me about our countries history along with taking me around the capital as he did is duties as Sultan. My grandfather taught me many things but also taught me to have fun which I did and you call me a little troublemaker because I would get into huge amounts of trouble in the palace like pulling pranks along with playing games with my cousins in the palace." Sharyan smiled as he remembers his childhood. Azil asked "So Sharyan Uncle you had some fun memories of your childhood?" Sharyan smiled and nodded "Yeah the trouble I got into during those years with my cousins was a huge and my parents were make me go to my grandfather to apologize for the trouble I caused along with decide what kind of punishment I would receive. My Grandfather would just laugh and tell me and my cousins that we didn't need to apologize as we were allowed to have fun in our youth after this he would tells us stories about his youth and what kind of trouble he would get into. He did punish us by making us sit in his office during the day with him and as he called 'make us bored to death' by teaching us about our religion and history of our prophet but we didn't see as that. We learn so much about our faith and it was our grandfather who taught how to pray and how to follow our faith" the gather men nod at Sharyan. |

By the end of Sharyan's reminiscent tale of a childhood gone by, two more men had join the group. The two men were Inaasi Kisai and Sojo Augad; the other two brother-in-laws of Azil. All four men shared common Yoloysese traits - black or brown hair, epicanthic folds, dark mahogany brown eyes and olive skin colour - which somewhat gave the impression of Yoloys' homogenous society. "What an incredible story Sharyan Uncle! I wish I could relive my childhood all over again. Sojo Bhai - brother - why don't you share with the group, how you and my sister Lanya met. Now that's a story worth telling," said Azil. The four Libyans turned their attention to the man sitting on the left hand side of Colin Neroso. Sojo Augad was of medium built and his hair was of a much lighter shade than the others - somewhat auburn, but not auburn at all. "Well, it was at the wedding of a family friend that I first met Lanya Augad. The year was 1990, I was eighteen years of age and she was thirteen. I was on the wedding stage with the bride and groom - the groom had asked me to be one of the groomsmen, anyway - and Lanya was standing right next to me. So being polite and trying to make small talk, I said to her; 'You look nice in that dress'. Do you know what she replied back to me? She told me basically f-word off before she tells her father on me. That was before I knew who she was - if I had known she belonged to the Imperial Family, I would have probably just ignored her. Due to the fact that I didn't know who she was, I called her a moody cow and - I'm not going to utter what I said exactly - stuff that bridesmaid dress down her female dog mouth. Years later, we married and she gave up her Imperial title, Imperial Name and renounced her membership to the Imperial Family just to live with me!" Sojo laughed heartily at this statement. |

After a long flight with a connection in Tripoli, President Kameron Mkeba and his wife Grace landed in Lanarca, Yoloys. President Mkeba was eager for this trip as it was his first official visit to another country. The circumstances were ideal - the Yoloyese imperial wedding was a light-hearted, happy occasion for Mkeba to introduce himself and his country to the rest of the world. Having just recently received his invitation to the wedding and the accompanying festivities, Mkeba and his wife were en route to the first evening's ceremonies. "You know, Kameron, this is going to be a wonderful event. I feel this is more of a wonderful vacation than an official state visit," Grace chuckled. "You're right, my dear! It does feel that way. It's very exciting to be invited to such a fancy event, isn't it Grace? Oh, look...it appears we have arrived to the party," President Mkeba observed. A Yoloyese valet walked up to the limousine and opened the door for the Capetonian president and his wife. The couple exited the car and walked into the ballroom, wherein the other foreign dignitaries and royal families were partaking in the festivities. President Mkeba and his wife walked over to the Yoloyese and Libyans and introduced himself: "Good evening, all! Thank you so much for your invitation to these most wonderful of events. My name is Kameron Mkeba and this is my wife, Grace. I apologize for our tardiness but the trip from Cape Town is a very long one," Mkeba joked. Turning to the Libyans, the President commented, "It's very nice to see you here! It is always a pleasure to see our allies and friends." |

"Welcome President Mkeba and First Lady Mkeba," smiled Azil cheerfully, "don't worry about being late - the party has just started - First Lady Mkeba, let my brother-in-law Colin Majid Neroso take you to the women's party," First Lady Mkeba and Colin Neroso walked away, towards the main palace building where the women were. "Your wife will be in safe hands, I promise you that, my sisters and nieces will look after her very well," "I'm humbled at your gesture your Imperial Highness," President Mkeba bowed down slightly, so not seem rude in front of such a great presence. The Libyans and President Mkeba had once again sat down in their allocated seats, enjoying the party filled atmosphere. -------------------------- Meanwhile, at the women's party, the sound of music and merriment echoed throughout the entire building. The celebrations were held in a large soft carpeted room, which could be classed as a sort of living rooms of sort. The women were sat everywhere; some in groups on the floor, some on the sofas whilst others sat in huddles. Duchess Luilia was sat in the centre of all this - surrounded by various family members and friends. She wore a simple white long sleeved garment - a jubbah. Grace Mkeba made her way towards the young royal and greeted her politely. "Greetings, I'm Grace Mkeba, First Lady of the Greater Cape and I'm grateful you invited my husband and I to this wonderful event." "Hullo and you are very kind," said Duchess Luilia politely, "how do you feel being in Yoloys? Have you gotten used to driving on the left hand side of the road?" |

"I find Yoloys a beautiful country with beautiful people, Your Highness. The Yoloyese climate and physical geography are quite reminiscent of Greater Cape, actually. What's more, Your Grace, Greater Cape also drives on the left-side of the road. Such a phenomenon is residue from our colonial past. So, really, there is much in common between your nation and ours. We are sisters separated by a great continent," Mrs. Mkeba said jovially. "This is truly a glorious event and a special occasion; I am humbled both by your family's generosity as well as your hospitality. You'll hear me thanking you many times over the course of this week, Your Highness."

"You're so kind Grace Auntie - please sit down and enjoy the evening," Duchess Luilia said politely, pointing towards an empty sitting cushion next to Princess Seraphina and Ida Kisai, the sister of Tsar Azil. Grace sat down at once and felt slightly relaxed. The journey to Yoloys was especially tiring and so finally being able to sit was extremely rewarding. A tray of desserts was passed to Grace Mkeba and she gladly took - using the common Yoloysese saying "Sahrahn ayūsk" or "Bless the food", to show her appreciation. "Yummy! What is this? It taste quite sweet and like perfume," said Grace whilst sampling a small portion of bright purple ice-cream in a plastic container. "It's called Lavanda Halib," said Isa Kisai cheerfully, "it's quite a popular children's dessert, I loved it as a child" "It tastes delicious, I might need to take some back with me to the Cape," "You must do! I'll have to ask my mother-in-law for the recipe - oh, how rude of me! I'm Ida Kisai, formerly Duchess Runya of Yoloys. I gave my royal lifestyle up when I married my husband Inaasi. What is your name?" |

"That is certainly a romantic gesture: to give up one's regality for the love of another; I very much admire you, Mrs. Kisai. I am Grace, the wife of Kameron Mkeba, the current president of the Republic of Greater Cape. Although my nation's foods are as diverse as its people, I have never had Lavanda Halib and would be ever so grateful to your mother-in-law for providing me a recipe," the Capetonian First Lady said. "Hopefully, I can find all the necessary ingredients in Cape Town," Grace laughed. "Tell me, Mrs. Kisai, what are Yoloyese wedding ceremonies like? What sort of events take place? Our invitations indicated the celebrations would span the course of a week but I hope you forgive my ignorance about such matters...This is actually my first trip to the Mediterranean so despite the physical similarities between your beautiful country and mine, our cultures are really quite different."

"Yes they do tend to last as long as a week. My very own wedding lasted a week and two days! My poor father, may the spirits of Daina protect his soul, was virtually penniless when the whole rigamarole was over. The first three days of a typical Yoloysese wedding week, are normally when the guests or family members sit at the house of the person who is getting married. Usually, it's nothing special and tends to be just a chilled out few days. However, on the fourth day - it gets really exciting. The fourth day is when the partying tends to start - so do not be surprised when you see a hookah or two being smoked by people! Anyway, on the fourth and fifth day, it's the Mehndi Party - basically like a mini hen party, but far more reformed and usually involves the women of the family (the brides side of the family) would go to the groom's house or selected venue to party and mingle with women from the other family and vice versa. The sixth and seventh day are the Wedding Day and the marriage banquet, which is hosted by the groom's family. So be prepared, you might be slitghtly exhausted after this week is over! Anyway, why don't you talk to Princess Seraphina - she seems quite by herself," said Ida Kisai in a friendly manner.

"But of course, Mrs. Kisai. Thank you for enlightening me to the fascinating details of Yoloyese matrimonial rituals," Mrs. Mkeba graciously responded with a wide smile. As she turned her head and torso slightly to face Princess Seraphina, Grace gently placed her hand on the young royal's forearm. "My dear, are you all right? You seem a bit reserved. May I get you something?" Grace inquired out of motherly concern. |

Princess Seraphina was by herself in the room as the celebrations took place as her sisters won't be here until tomorrow from the Republic which caused to be little shy around the other woman. Seraphina was deep in thought that she didn't see Grace come over to her until she felt the older woman's hand on her forearm and she ask if she was alright in a motherly tone. Seraphina look up and responded to the question "Yeah, it's that I feel a little lonely right now because my sisters in-law won't be here tomorrow so it makes me out place with no one to talk to" Grace smiled before saying "Well my dear why don't I sit here with you and we can talk about the our two countries along with the adventures with had in our homelands". This made Seraphina's mood change and she smiled as she nodded to the older woman's suggested as the two began to talk about their lifes.

"My dear, I certainly know how you feel...being so far from home without knowing many people. My husband's colleagues have told me stories of the loveliness of your country: the beautiful Mediterranean coast, the vast desert, and the glittering cities. I have a feeling that you'd really enjoy Greater Cape. You know, Your Highness, my hometown is at the confluence of the two great oceans: the Atlantic and the Indian. Cape Town is nestled beneath an impressive flat-topped geological wonder called Table Mountain. By taking the train from Cape Town to Simon's Town, you are awarded with a most breathtaking view of the Ocean and, depending on the season, whales, sea lions, and dolphins. A small town south of Cape Town is known for its penguins - hundreds and hundreds of them on the beaches there. You can even swim with them!" Grace said as she became swept up in her proud reminiscing of her home. "You know, my dear, when my husband was awarded the presidency, we traveled around the country to show our solidarity with the many peoples of Greater Cape and I was so lucky to see amazing diversity we have. My country may be small but it has so much to offer! From the vast Kalahari Desert in the north to the Garden Route in the south, Greater Cape is truly a beautiful country and I'm proud to call it my home. If Your Highness should ever find herself wanting to travel south, I'd be honored to have you as my personal guest."

When Grace was finished speaking, Duchess Luilia came over to the two women and invited them to join in with the main group. Princess Seraphina and Grace Mkeba walked to the centre of the room and sat down on the carpeted floor amongst the group. Ida Kisai too came and sat down as well. "Sorry I've been too preoccupied with my friends and family to have noticed that you two have been neglected! Please forgive my rudeness," apologised Duchess Luilia, "Ida Foi had been so kind to have notified me of my mistake" "Don't worry my dear, it's your special week," smiled Grace Mkeba motherly. "No need for apologises, I'm in a new country and just trying to adjust to this different world," said Princess Seraphina. "You two are very kind - before I forget, let me tell you about my family and about my personal life. I'm a teaching assistant at a primary school in a village called Tzesca. I help a young boy called Yameen who has mild Asperger Syndrome. It's a very rewarding occupation and luckily, nobody realises that I'm a member of the Imperial Family - until now obviously! The whole school - pupils and staff included - are invited to my wedding, so be prepared to see a lot of children. Yameen and his mother will also be attending my wedding as well - she cried tears of happiness when I gave the invitation to her, she hugged me and told me that I had been very kind to her son and that I helped him to progress so much in his education. I became a teaching assistant after graduating from university with a BA Hons in Psychology and a degree in Education Studies," |

OCC: Greater Cape the Libyans and Seraphina come from my Middle East nation the United Libyan Arab Republic which is sits along the coast of the Caspian Sea and the geography is desert, forest, and some plains just so you know. IC: Seraphina listen as Luilia talked about her life along with her job in a primary school in the country and how she enjoyed working with Yameen which made Seraphina smile seeing that the duchess really like her line of work. After Luilia finished she asked Seraphina "Princess Seraphina I'm curious about your life in Republic along with what's it like living in a different country away from your family?" Seraphina nodded "My life in the Republic has been very rewarding with getting to see different culture and traditions, but it was tough in the began because I could understand Arabic which made communicating hard with my new family. My husband Prince Hamza did help by acting as a translate because he spend a few months in my country studying in one of the military university which help he learn the basics of my country's language along with meeting me in the process and after a few months of having my unt in-law and my sisters in-law teach me Libyan Arabic which made life much easier. After learning the language Sharyan asked if I could help Ali Fateh by being the assistant in charge of the Kasynian Empire section of the Foreign Ministry to keep the lines of communications opened between the two countries which I really enjoy as it always me to stay in contact with my family and makes life much easier. Don't get me wrong I do miss living in my country and seeing my family everyday but I do visit as much as I can so see my brother the emperor along with all my other relatives". Duchess Luilia smiled as the princess explained about her life in the Republic. |

OOC: Oh, sorry, Ben. I keep getting confused by that ^^ IC: As Grace listened to the members of the two royal families talk, she received a text message from her husband:
Not wanting to appear indelicate, Grace Mkeba politely said her goodbyes to her new friends and approached Luilia. "I beg your forgiveness, Your Highness...but there has been a tragic emergency in my country and I must leave right away. I so much appreciate you wanting to include my husband and me in your wedding. I wish you all the happiness in the world and I hope that you can come to Greater Cape in the near future," Grace said with a sad smile. Mrs. Mkeba grabbed her purse and walked outside to where her husband and their car waited. She knew something terrible was happening...she could see it in her husband's face. "Kammi, what's wrong? What has happened?" Grace asked worriedly. "I'll tell you everything on the trip home, sweetheart. We need to get to the airport right away," President Mkeba said as he and his wife got into their car. |
