GCU has been wanting to launch Military bases in other nations, so any nation want to hop on board, feel free! (Also, GCU will also allow that nation to build a base on GCU)

We propose that you open several air force bases and the positioning of up to three devisions along Isab's western border with Libya, as your nation has had conflict with them before. Furthermore, we suggest the establishment of a joint Isabi/Gaedic quick response force. We also suggest that to help protect both our trade routes and your economic power that we station a motorized infantry devision and 2 tank regiments at the Suez, in turn we request unlimited and unrestricted access to the Suez. We shall in part use this access to further insure the Suez's security by patrolling it. Isab is also willing to offer the GCU better coastal protection by stationing missile crews and two major air force bases (on on the GCU's north coast and one on its south) on your shores. I suggest joint training exercises and a conference between the military heads of our nations to allow the advancement of each. This should be followed up with negotiations to discuss the trade of technology between our nations to further strengthen them. However, before any of these actions can take place our nation's leaders should meet and discuss the proposals in more detail, for this conference I propose either Plac-Millaes or Solifugae. Furthermore, any action taken to achieve such goals by any nation is condemned by both the Holy Nation of Isab and the High Imam. However, to ensure the security of our citizens and economic assets we wish to continue the strengthening of our military. The preposed opening of military bases in the GCU is only for these purposes. The suggestion of a GCU military presence on Isab's border with Libya was simply meant for defensive purposes. However, due to the international outcry our government has rephrased our previous offer. The two tank regiments mention in the previous communique will not be requested to be stationed at the suez and we now ask only one Isabi airbase be allowed to be opened in the GCU. Secondly, Isab will limit the amount of GCU troops on its soil to two devisions and now request that they be kept a minimum of 50 km from any border not with the GCU. The government of Isab deeply hopes this revised plan will help reassure the international community of its intentions.
