Ashlifa greeted his counterparts warmly before the group left to go to the conference center to start the third Medina Conference so they could add the Amirati as a member of the Muslim Brotherhood along with take care of some of the business like debating a proposed amendment and how to deal with issues facing them. As they sat down with Ashlifa, Haashim, and Dharwi on on side of the table and al Hallaj and Amirati delegation on the other side before Ashlifa started "Alasalaam alaikum my brothers and welcome to the Republic we are very honor that you have come to attend the Third Medina Conference so that we could add our Amirati brothers to this honorable organization. This conference will be focusing on adding the UAE, issues that are facing us, and a possible amendment which could help this organization evolve to meet the changing climate of the world" after this the other delegates started to talk to each other.

OOC: I think that would be a good idea. Who are the people who would like to run for the position?
And finally a working computer again.

OOC: I suggest we have Ashlifa as the Interm Chairman and then rotate the position between the countries. Then that country would put forward a list of candidates for the position to be voted on by the members. Additionally I was thinking that the term for the position be two years or conferences until a new country would get it.

The Imperial State of Yoloys would like to join the 'New Muslim Brotherhood' as an observer member. The island nation is home to a sizeable majority of Muslims (41% of the total population) and sees this organisation as a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity, to create strong bonds with our fellow Muslim neighbours.

The members began to ask questions about the amendment that would be submitted to them to vote to add it to the Muslim Brotherhood Charter "My esteem brothers this amendment would create a rotating chairmanship between the signing members of this organization who would have the power to open and close the conferences, act as a spokesman and be mediator between two member states to resolved conflicts that involved the charter to prevent them from violating it." as he talked about the amendment a aide came in to inform the gathered members that the Imperial State of Yoloys would like to be add as an observer the the organization as it had a large Muslim population.

Capetonian Minister of International and Peace Affairs, Lynne Davies, dispatched the following official telegram to the New Muslim Brotherhood's headquarters concerning membership as an observer:

Official Communique

To: The honorable members of the New Muslim Brotherhood

I represent the Republic of Greater Cape's Ministry of International and Peace Affairs. Our young, African government values diversity and religious multiculturalism; moreover, my country houses a significant Muslim minority population. In an attempt to express the respect we have for all Capetonians, regardless of religious affiliation, we see the importance of observing your organization. By becoming an observer of the New Muslim Brotherhood, our government can work harder to better serve our Muslim citizens.

My government greatly appreciates your consideration on this matter.

From: Mrs. Lynne Davies, Minister of International and Peace Affairs,
The Republic of Greater Cape, African Continent

Official Statement
Whaladyan Foreign Affairs Ministry
The Emirate of Al Whaladya is grieved to announce that it will not be sending an envoy to parlay at the conference. Dire internal matters have prevented the Royal Spiritual Minister from attendance. The Emirate remains a committed member of the Brotherhood and will transmit it's decisions as the conference commences henceforth.

The ministers started to talk about the admission of the Yoloys as a Observer instead of a signing member which Ashlifa put further his opinion "I think that having a position of observer to the Muslim Brotherhood could help strength the relations between all Muslims in the Ummah of Islam along with connecting nations who have Muslim communities together to get a better understanding of our deen." the other members nodded before continuing "The position of observer I believe shall have rights to talk in these conferences along with take part in any program that strength our deen in the world". The other members thought about this and as they did the aide came back with news that the Whaladyan Minister couldn't come but the government will transmit its decisions on the matters discuss here additionally he came with news that the Republic of Greater Cape wishes to be granted the position of observer too. Ashlifa just nodded before turning back to the gathering of spiritual leaders.
