Mahmoud Dharwi, Al Whaladya's Minister of Spirituality, was specifically requested to lead Al Whaladya's delegation to the Madina Conference. The fifty-eight year old Imam might have seemed too archaic to some, but he was the Emir's favorite and had the most experience dealing with matters of religion. This made Dharwi the perfect man to send on this particular mission. Dharwi boarded his plane, a private Il-114, at the Whaladyan National Airport in the capital, Dayr-az-Zwar, with the Whaladyan Delegation and departed for The Arab Republic. Taking off with him were two MiG-29s provided by the Whaladyan National Air-force for security escort until they reached friendly AR airspace. |

Mahmoud Dharwi's plane entered Madina's airspace shortly after the arrival of the ULAR delegation. As the plane began to decline onto the tarmac, Dharwi radioed to his MiG-29s and told them to refuel and await his return. Then Dharwi, and Whaladyan delegation, walked calmly towards the airport and made small talk with the ULAR delegation until the ARA delegates arrived. |

After everyone was off, the delegation headed over to Minister Kutnte and Minister Dharwi. |

We are most gracious to be a part of such a beneficial program." Dharwi said smiling. He continued, "Shall we commence with the conference." |

Imam Dharwi perused the document thoroughly, carefully analyzing each article for anything that would restrict their operations regarding the TRT. Finding nothing, he agreed to sign the document. Signed, Mahmoud Dharwi, Emirate of Al Whaladya |
