So I'm on a gluten free/lactose free diet. I am having to learn a lot of new things about food and cooking and what not because of this. I'm only on this diet to test for gluten intolerance and lactose intolerance. It's likely I have the former but not the latter, but possible I have both or neither. But the food... is actually pretty good. Surprisingly good actually. Like dark chocolate cookies... omg... sooo good... |

^^ Thank you! I think it may be pretty good as far as a weight loss diet too. I haven't lost any weight yet, but this is right after the holidays and I've only been on it for a week. I know I am eating less since I don't have anything to snack on! And definitely healthier, since I have to satiate my hunger more with fruits and the like. EDIT: The good thing is I can still eat as much meat as I damn well please!!! Edited by Sedulius, Jan 8 2013, 12:38 AM.
