Today Religious Affairs Minister Ashlifa Kutnute and Princess Hanifa Daughter of Sultan Sharyan have announced their engagement. The two have been dating for the last three years out of the public eye. Ashlifa had asked for her hand early this week from Sharyan who gave his approve for this requested. Ashlifa comes from the Kutnute clan of the Walifan tribe the same as the Royal House of Qabiaovese and he has been the Religious Affairs Minister for the last few years because he comes from one of the most religious families in the Republic. Before joining the government he studied Islamic Theology and Law. After completing it he studied under ayatollah Khomenli before becoming an Imam and assistance to one of the Ayatollah Council member. He joined the United Democratic Sultan Party and was chosen as the new Assistance Religious Affairs Minister for Theology and Religious Laws for two years, when he was chosen as the replacement for the retiring Religious Affairs Minister. Since then he has served and became three in line of succession for acting head of state after the Foreign and Defense Ministers. Princess Hanifa was born to Sharyan and his third wife Mariam and is their oldest daughter and was born on May 8, 1987at the royal hospital room. She was privately tutored like all the other children of the Sultan, and at the age of 18 she went to studied foreign politics and relations along with religious studies. Where she got her master’s degrees before serving on her father religious affairs council as she is one of the most religious kids. Here she meets Ashlifa as a young minister and became close friends. Over the next few years they became very close which caused them to finally started dating. They decide to keep it secret both from Sharyan and the public. They eventually told Sharyan who approved and they kept their relationship mostly secret from the reported they announced their courtship last year at a major event. The last few months they have been going on dates and dinners together. The wedding is to take place later this year at the Holy Umar Mosque and after the wedding they will go to the summer palace for a few weeks before returning home to the main royal palace. Sharyan will a reward his most trusted advisor and son-in-law the title of prince. During these few weeks Haashim Kutnute the newly appointed Minister of Religious Culture will run both ministries. Grand Ayatollah- Imam will preside over the wedding and then Sharyan will then make a speech. Following this there will be a prayer service and then they will make an announcement to the public. Then Ashlifa will be given the name Prince Ashlifa bin Kutnute bin Qabiaovese. Ashlifa would be in the line for the throne after Mahmound, Ali Fatah, Khalifa, and Hamza. |

Today Supreme General in Command Prince Hamza the youngest son of the Sultan will temporary step down from his position for medical reasons. Hamza has a disease that he hasn't be able fight and will be in the hospital for a few weeks. Sharyan has stated that Hamza will be back and has been order to get some rest. Hamza's replacement will be General Fahdi until he returns. In other news the royal wedding will take place on Dec. 22 at the holy mosque it is predict that many heads of state and government will be attending which may include Prime Minister Hassum and the Emir, Caliph Suleman, and Representative President Ali Jibral. Today the Sultan Sharyan has ordered the moblising of the Republic Guard Corp to combat the rising threat of the terrorist organization Eretze-Zion. Crown Prince Mahmound has been appoint to handle the affairs of the state and Defense Minister Jabulah will handle the Military. As Sharyan spends sometime with his youngest son Prince Hamza as he rests at the hospital and then start planning for his daughter's wedding. He will be taking a vacation for about three weeks before returning to his duties. This seen as the first test for Mahmound as ruler of the country to see if he can handle the position of Sultan. Sharyan will be stepping down from the Sultanship un the next few months or years. Sharyan has stated that these is only temporary and a test for my son to see if he has the ability to rule or if I need to train him more. The military will be lead by the hard nosed General and current Defense Minister Prince Jabulah. Jabulah is currently still an active General in the Army and holds the rank of General of Army along with commanding the 350th elite army division. Today Crown Prince Mahmound has announced that the Sultan will be returning to the capital but is still on his vacation. Also he announced thathis younger brother Hamza was released from the hospital and has almost fully recovered from his sickness. Hamza will be resting at the royal palce until the docters give a full bill of health to him and his Father the Sultan gives he back his title as Supreme General of the Armed Forces. In other news the Republic guard patrols have increase along the borders to prevent any terrorist from getting in and the A.I.M. fighters who attacked the forward baase on our south east border have been arrest and returned across the border. |

Today Prince Ashlifa and Princess Hanifa lefted for their honeymoon at the royal summer palace in the northeastern for about three weeks. Breaking News Today on his way to his office Prince Abdullah II along with his cousin Jabullaha were shot at by a gunman who fled the scene. Jabullaha was hit one in his arm but it was a clean shot and went right though his arm. Abdullah II was hit twice once in the arm and in the shoulder, and he was rushed to the hospital to have surgery to fix his wounds. Both princes are the sons of the Sultan's younger brothers Prince Abduallah president of the Senate and Prince Jabulah Defense Minister. The gunman was later found by the Republic Guard in the town just outside the Capital City and was arrested after being shot once in the ankle by a man who is from the Waifan tribe just like the Royal. The Interior Ministry along with the Executive Palace won't release the name of the man or comment on the incidence just yet. Their fathers were both at the Executive Palace at a weekly meeting between the Sultan and his top advisers along with the cabinet. The came just hours before another attack on Prince Abu Sadie Governor of the Northern Provinces of Waif-Saupie. He is a relative of the Sultan from his Mother's side of the family by her brother. He was shot once in the shoulder and twice in the chest before the Republic Guard and Soldiers could shot him multipletimes in the chest killing him. Abu was rushed to the hospital for emergency surgery to remove the bullets and close the wounds he is listed as critical by the hospital. The Defense Ministry has released a statement which reports that these incidences are being investigate and could be a sign by the either the Eretz-Zion or Islamic Caliphate Union organizations. In other news the General People's Congress has debated a resolution that will change the Capitol's name from the United Libyan Arab Sultan City to Arab Sultan City. This change will be the first amendment to the constitution if passed by the legislative branch and secondly it will not go before the United Islamic Court for review since it isn't a Islamic resolution. |

Today news has arrived from the Saifiva Palace which is the Home to the Royal Family in the capital. News has been released after Prince Ashlifa and Princess Hanifa have return from their honeymoon a few days ago. The news is that Princess Hanifa is pregnant with the couples first child. The Sultan and the Queen are happy for thisbnews and asks that the public please respect the privacy of their family. They will update the public every few days to a week about their daughter. Additionally Hanifa will continue her duties as the Chairman of the National Islamic Court for a few weeks until she will go on medical leave until afew weeks after the birth of her child. Secondly the Palace has also anmounced that his nephews are ok and are making a full recover from their wounds. Also that his cousin is also doing well after he was allowed to see him in the hospital. The events are still under investigation and any information will be rleased fron the Interior Ministery

The Saifiva Palace today released a statement involving the pregnancy of Princess Hanifa which announced that the gender of her child is a girl and the royal family including the Sultan are very happy to hear this news about his daughter and son in-law Prince Ashlifa. The Royal Ministry of the House of Qabiaovese has asked that all questions about the statement be sent to them and they will try to answer all of them will keeping Princess Hanifa's privacy at the same time. The princess is due in a few months in November and the whole royal family is very excited to see their relative and the Sultan is planning a great celebration since this is Hanifa and Ashlifa's first child. In other news the Republic forces in Yoloys have being giving out aide in the forms of food, water, medicine, shelter, and other aide to the people in their area of control. Today His Majesty Sultan Sharyan has released a statement that he will be stepping down from the Sultanship within the next few months and transferring the position to the Crown Heir his eldest son Crown Prince Mahmoud who he believes has learned all he can about learning our great nation into a continued era of peace and prosperity. Today the annual Party Congress for the United Islamic Sultan Party has begun in the capital city in the convention center where the party delegates and national party members to begin the congress by electing the Secretary-General and the Deputy Secretary-General along with electing Aisha bin Iraq al Amir from the Dakfani Province 2nd Kufa district. Today The Royal Ministry of the House of Qabiaovese released the following statement this morning regarding Prince Hamza and his wife Princess Seraphina . The Public celebrated this news with parties and celebrations ranging from wishing the couple a happy life and the child being health to tribal gatherings. Today the Ministry of Interior and Ministry of Foreign Affairs have released a joint statement about a letter received by the Central Government by the Arab Republic of Walidistan Government wishing to join the United Sultanate of the United Libyan Arab Republic which was once under an occupation by the Royal Libyan Army and Republic Guards corp during Operation Desert Dawn. Operation Desert Dawn as an anti-terrorist operation undertook a few years ago to remove the Libyan Chapter of the A.I.M. (Arab Independent Movement) which was a designated terrorist organization operating in the region for the last few years. The Arab Republic of Walidistan was established by the people of this region after the area was liberated by the task force and many of the people have expressed their opinion that they wanted the nation to be annexed into the Republic but haven't gained the support until recently by winning the recent Walidian elections. Under the current law regarding annexation of territory into the our nation the region government must send a letter expressing that the people wish to join the United Sultanate of the United Libyan Arab Republic to the Central Government. The government must then decided if they wish to send a resolution to the national legislature to debate the pros and cons of this annexation and pass a joint resolution with three-fourths of each house before sending it to the Sultan to sign. Should it be signed than the region must set up a referendum that must gain an absolute majority of the registered voters to pass before the Republic can formally annex the land into the Republic. The Sultan released a statement regarding the request to annex the Arab Republic of Walidistan that was received early today to the national population and asked they what they think about this decision.
In responds to this decision many people have stated they support the position of both the national government and the government of Walidistan in annexing the latter into the Republic to provide more diversity to their nation along with helping the people by providing protection from terrorist organization that may use the area to help train their fighters. After debating the annexation resolution over the last few hours the General People's Congress has come to the conclusion that the annexation would be in the best interest of both the Arab Republic of Walidistan and the Republic to formally annex the former into the our country to help boast the economical and cultural strength of the Republic. Today Crown Prince Hamza has addressed a joint session of the General People's Congress about the coming diplomatic talks that the Sultan will be planning to ranging from increasingly attempting to get the Whaladyan Civil War to come to a temporary ceasefire to help gets some negations between the three sides of the conflict to opening up talks with both the Republic of Porcu, the Republic of Greater Cape, and Austrian Empire. These talks are apart of the new foreign policy to help create a stronger Republic influence on the International and Regional levels in hopes of bringing about a strengthen International Commonwealth of Nations or other international forums for peace and developing goals. In the speech Crown Prince Hamza as been quoted as saying "The main foreign goal of my brother's reign is to help bring change to the world to pursue a more long lasting peace both on a region level and international level by creating a better forum whether it be in the ICON or other organization to help easy the tensions in the world" along with telling the legislators that the Sultan will carry on the policy of diplomatic interventions and talks before attempts to military intervention into conflicts. This speech was meet by applauds for the joint session along with being endorsed by key regional leaders and allies as a possible pathway to a sustainable peace on a global scale. The Foreign Ministry has confirmed when or where these diplomatic talks will take place but inside sources have told us that talks between the Republic and the Republic of Greater Cape will take place at the earliest some time next month and the Republic of Porcu later on in the fall. In other news the Sultan-Father has convened the first meeting of the full National Tribal Council early today to discuss the admissions of the Walidian tribes into the council along with expanding the role of council on a national level when it comes to Tribal Affairs or succession ship of the Sultanate with many Libyans expressing their support for Crown Prince Hamza as a possible successor for his brother instead of Prince Sharyan ibn Mahmoud. Sultan Sharyan has expressed that he will not talk about the future of the Sultanate as his son Sultan Mahmoud only take over less than three months ago in April and that its up to Mahmoud who will be chosen as the next sultan as its not his place not to confirm or delay any candidate's nomination process. Additionally the council has approved any expansion of the compound and palace to renovate it so it could host the meetings that take place every two to three months. These improvements would include two separate council rooms to help the council hold confidential meetings without the public interfering in the talks and one for normal council functions; additionally the complex would improve the Nobility Committee room where the twelve original tribes hold meetings so the room is up to date both technologically and culturally. |
