The United Libyan Arab Sultan City Chronicle Last week is the Sultan's brother return from his post as the ambassador to the United Republics of China. Today Prince Abdullah addressed the United Democratic Sultan Party's General Congress this morning as the Deputy Secretary-General which was applauded by the majority of the congress but the minority leaded by the President of the party Mr. Waldfi Adulah protested the speech which has strike tense between party members and within the party leadership. The speech was followed in the afternoon by mass protesting by supports of Waldfi which increase tense. The reason behind tense between the two party members is unknown. Today the elections for the The United Assembly of the Republic was held. The electoral commission has predicted that United Democratic Party will win Majority along with their allies. The commission also has predicted that Democratic Front will win the minority with the assembly. The elections for United Senate will be held later this week. |

Sultan Sharyan was asked the day after the closing of the congress on what will happen to conflict between the two party leaders he responded by saying "The Executive Committe, Party Congress, and Judical Court of the Party are meeting later this year to decide what to do and how to resolve this conflict". Last week supporters of Abdullah and Waldfi clashed near the Party's main headquarters in the Capital city which caused the Republic Guard to step in and stop the fighting between the two groups. There has been reports of about 50 injured protesters that were tooking to the hospital. The day after the event Mr. Waldfi was forced to resign his position by the Party Congress until the conflict is over. sources close to the executive committe and members of the leadership have said that the decision that will resolve the conflict should be announced later this week. In other news the political parties are gearing up for the elections of the United Assembly of the Republic later this week which the electoral commission has estimated that it will be a close races between parties that want to gain seats in the assembly to form a coalition with the two biggest parties in the assembly. Also The President of the People's Parliament is being chosen from United Democratic Sultan Party which has been said that the Incumbent President Ali Mohammed Magaraden will stay as the leader of the it. |

The United Democratic Sultan Party leadership and Judical Branch has made a decision which resultsin Mr. Waldfi Adulah in being expelled from the party along with his supporters. The electoral commission has also banned Waldfi and his supporters from running in the up coming elections and any other elections for another 5 months. This decision has caused major civilian unrest and multiple attacks against local party headquarts of many of the political parties. The responds was the mass arrest of the violated protesters and the issuing of a search warrants of former party members. These searchs have turnned up explosives and weapons that would've been used to conduct a attack on the state government. Later that day the Republic Guard and State Police have issued arrest warrants for these members including former party president Waldfi how has fled to the northeast part of the country. The next day he issued the following statement "I, Waldfi Adulah declare the anti-demcratic revolution and the rebellion against the government and call upon the citizens to fight the government and overthrow it. Any we shall establish a strong and de-centeralized government which shall be ruled by the masses and not a monarchy or elected wealthy politicans. Long Live the Revolution Comrades." this statement was followed by a massive attack on the local government headquarts in the northeastern towns. The government has responded by ordering the defense forces into the north party of the country to stop the terrorist from harming the innocent population in the region. The electoral commission has cancelled the elections fo the United Senate until after the insurgency and the elections that already took place the results will be accepted and are valid. Also FC Arab has won the Republic Football cup for a 5 year in a row. Also former Speaker of the Assembly Father of Waldfi Speaker Waihken Adulah has died today after fighting a disease there will be a state funeral later tommorrow |

The Rebellion has offical ended with the capture of Waldfi Adulah and his guerilla fighters were surrounded in the northern town of Al-Jaztullu when the Defense Forces advance on it. the rebels were disarmed and took to the federal jail to wait trail by the federal court. After the rebellion ended the civilians have petitioned the government to write a new constitution which will give the government more emergency power when civil uprest happen in the republic. Also the government has declare a period of Islamic Reform for the next few months to restore more power to the National Islamic Council and the Ayatollah Council. In other news the electoral commission has restarted the elections for the last 25% of the United Senate . The state funeral was held for Wihken Adulah and many of the government officals and religious leaders payed their respects to the former speaker |

The trial of the Rebels has started yestorday before the Supreme Court of Justices will opening statements by the prosecution and defense. The trial was attended by the Supreme leadership of the republic which include Sultan Sharyan, Crown Prince Ali Fatah, Prince Abdullah, and United Assembly President Ali Mohammed Magaraden. The next date of the trial has not been set yet. the United Senate voting has finished the The UDS has won majority with 75%of the vote. They gain 750 seats in the Senate and the Renewal Front of the People won the minority with 2%. In other news Sultan Sharyan has said that he wants to give more power to The National Islamic Council which presides over the appointment of the Minister of Religious Affairs and other national islamic portions of the republic. Additonally he also said he wants the Ayatollah Council to have a voice in the new constitution and administrate Islamic Reform of the Repubic. The writing of the new constitution will begin after the sworing in of the New United Senate. There will be a constitutional assembly of the whole republic starting tomorrow which will submit the new document to the National Assembly and The United Islamic Court for approve. In other news the Rebellion has cause a shift in the Political Parties ideology which caused some of the major parties to shift to a more Islamic conservative view. The United Democratic Sultan Party has said its Executive Committee will review if party's platform will change to a Islamic Democracy and conservative views. |

Today The Constitutional Assembly was formed today when 150 representatives from each legislative assembly and 200 representatives form the two islamic councils. Along with 350 representatives form the population were elected to write a new constitution to govern the republic. The swearing in ceremony was held to day at The National Convention Center just before noon. The constitution will begin to be written tomorrow which will take a few weeks to be finish before it will submit to a national assembly and United Islamic Court for a final legislative approve before being sign by the Sultan. Also early today The United Democratic Sultan Party and Islamic Party of Libyan Arab Republic have decide to merge together after the Executive Committee of UDS changed the Party's Platform to a more Islamic Democracy and Conservative Islamic platform. This new party has been named The United Islamic Sultan Party. Which will hold a Provisional Party Congress to elect a National Executive Committee and other party leaders and committees. |

Today the New consitution was signed in to law by the Sultan Sharyan and will go into effect today at noon. The constitution will be publish for the population to view tomorrow. Also today the first day of the trial of the rebel was set to take place next week with evidence beening give to the court for the defense. Former Party President Waldfi Adulah will be trialed separtely in a trail later this year after he was charge will more then 45 counts of treason and other crimes against the Republic. This desicion was made by the Supreme Court to do so to help the courts. In other news today was the month elections of the People's Parliament and the United Assembly of the Republic and the United Islamic Sultan Party has keep it majority in government. Additionally the United Islamic Sultan Party has held it first party congress and has elected a national executive committee and party leadership of the position of Secretary-General, President and other party position. |

After a few weeks of waiting the constitution has been allowed to be viewed by the public and the new constitution is showed below. Article I: Executive Branch 1.The Head of State shall be the Sultan. The Sultan shall act as the Commander-in-chief over the Army, Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, Republic Guard, and Nuclear Weapons. Along with sign all bills into law 2.The Head of Government shall be the Crown Heir. The Crown Heir shall be the vice chairman of the Cabinet and leaded it and run the day to day operation of the Country. 3.The Country is leaded by the Sultan as head of state. They shall form a cabinet and act as its lead. Along with appointing Justices to the each of the four National Courts. 4.The Cabinet shall be made up of 5.The Sultan has the power to appoint ambassadors to each of the Republic’s embassies aboard. 6.The Sultan has the power to sign treaties with other countries. 7.The Sultan and Crown Heir shall every go before the joined session of General People’s Congress to give a State of the Republic. Article II Legislative: Legislative Branch 1.The Legislative power shall be invested within the Tricameral Assembly. The Assemblies are The People’s Parliament, United Assembly of Republic, and United Senate. 2.The Legislative Assemblies will pass laws which are sent to the Sultan to be signed into law. 3.The People’s Parliament shall be the lower house which will meet every day excepted on Friday during Friday Prays. The Parliament shall be led by a speaker elected from among the members. The Parliament shall pass most of the laws that govern the republic. 4.The United Assembly of Republic is the middle house which meets every other day excepted when it falls on Friday when it will adjourn. The Assembly is led by the president of the Assembly who is from the biggest party. There shall be a speaker who is from the second biggest party and there shall be a majority and minority leader. The Assembly shall be the most important assembly when passing laws on national budget and ratifying treaties. 5.The United Senate is the upper house which shall only meet for two weeks each month and only adjourn during these two weeks during Friday Prays and after prays are finish the senators shall return to the senate chamber to continue the session. The Senate shall be led by the president and speaker of the Senate who shall be from the biggest party. There shall also be a vice president and deputy speaker who is from the smallest party. There shall also be a majority and minority leaders. 6.The three assemblies shall meet twice a year for a join session for The State of the Republic and for passing of the taxes for the year. Article III: Judicial Branch 1.The Judicial Branch shall consist of four national courts The Supreme Court of Justices, Constitutional Court of Justices, People’s Parliament Court, and the National Islamic Court. Each shall preside over a specific part of the republic. There shall also be regional and local courts that preside over their own land. 2.The Supreme Court of Justices shall consist of nine Justices and one Chief Justice. The Supreme Court shall preside over case involving laws pass by the legislative branch. Additionally it shall try case involving the government and to overturn verdicts of lower courts. 3.The Constitutional Court of Justices shall consist of four Justices and a Chief Justice. The Constitutional Court shall preside over cases involving the constitution and laws that violate the rights of the civilians. The Constitutional Court can’t try any cases that involve laws that are related to the constitution. Additionally the court can’t overturn any verdicts that lower courts have made. 4.The People’s Parliament Court is the main legislative court which consists of all the members of the People’s Parliament. The court shall only preside over cases that involve the members of the legislative branch and ministers of the government. The People’s Parliament Court’s verdicts can’t overturn unless all ten justices of the Supreme Court votes unanimous to try the case. 5.The National Islamic Court shall consist of 10 Islamic justice scholars and 5 ayatollahs and imams. The court shall only be used to try cases that involve the Islamic clergies and other cases that involve Islam. The court is the final judicial authority of Islam in the republic and no court can ever overturn the verdicts that have been passed by this court. 6.There shall local and regional courts that try cases within its jurisdiction. The courts shall consist of a single judge and jury and the district attorney. The verdict shall be passed by the jury and it can only be overturn by the national courts. Article IV: National Assembly 1.The National Assembly is an assembly of delegates from every city in the republic and district. The assembly shall consist of the delegates and a speaker which shall act as the leader of the assembly. The National Assembly acts as the collective voice of the national population. The National Assembly also acts the final authority of approve of the population of constitution matters and other laws that need the population approve. 2.The National Assembly shall be elected every year and shall only be in session when called upon by the government. 3.The National Assembly shall only be adjourned when its mandate is over at the end of each year. Article V: Military 1.The military shall consist of Army. Navy, Air Force, Special Forces, Republic Guard, and Nuclear weapons. Each these forces shall be commanded by a Marshal which shall be a part of the Chiefs of Staff which is leaded by the Joint Chief of Staff. The Joint Chief of Staff shall answer to the Supreme General-in-command and Defense Minister on Day to Day decision and to the Commander-in-Chief during national decisions. 2.The Army shall be led by Field Marshall who shall have the rank of six stars and their deputy shall have the rank of five general. Below the two commanders there shall be a number of Generals that led individual armies. 3.The Navy shall be led by Grand Fleet Admiral who shall have a rank of five 1 ½ inch bars and a deputy that shall have a rank of 4 1 ½ inch bars. Below them shall be 3 Admirals that command each of the three fleets. 4.The Air Force shall be led by the Air Marshall who shall have a rank of six stars and their deputy of five stars. There shall be a number of generals in command of the many squads of the Air Force. 5.The Special Forces shall be led by a five Star General who has been appointed by the Sultan to lead the special operations division. All the special operator leaders shall report to him. 6.The Republic Guard shall be led by a six star general that has been appointed by the Sultan to govern the divisions of the corps. The Guards corps shall act as the principle interior security force along with national police. 7.The nuclear weapons are under the command of the sultan only and can only be launch with the authorization of the Sultan when the republic is attack by nuclear weapons. Article VI: Emergency Powers 1.The Emergency Powers are powers given to the sultan during civil unrest which includes rebellions, violated protests, and revolutions that are called illegal by The National Assembly. 2.The powers include dissolving parliament and declaring an absolute monarchy during major civil unrests which grant total control to the sultan to act as the combination of all three branches. 3.Power to order Martial Law during revolutions and rebellions to protect the innocent population. 4.Suspending the regional charters and laws which include hapus corpus and the right to a speedy trial. 5.Other powers are grant to the monarch when approve National Assembly. Article VII: Amendment Process 1.When need to amend this constitution the Legislative Branch have the power to do so. After the amendment bill has been passed it must be sent to the National Assembly to be approved before it goes to a national vote. 2.The bill must first pass though each houses any of which can deny it for any type of reason. 3.After being approved it must undergo a review by the United Islamic Court. 4.After being review by the Court it will go before the National Assembly to be debate before going a national vote. Article VIII: Constitutional Assembly 1.The Constitutional Assembly will have the sole power to write a new constitution after the previous one was dismiss. 2.It will consist of 1700 members who will come from the national institution and districts to write it. 3.After the constitution has been approved the assembly will be dissolve until its need again. Article IX: State Description 1.The State Religion shall be Islam 2.The State Currency shall be Libyan Dume 3.The State’s Flag shall be that of the Oman. 4.The Capital of the State shall be United Libyan Arab Sultan City 5.The National Motto “Libya is Great” Article X: Local/ Regional Division and Government 1.The Republic shall consist of 8 Province which will be divided into 5 districts which will govern the surrounding towns and villages. 2.Each district will have a district council which will consist of 5 members that will run the districts. The Province will consist of 8 member council that will be elected from the province. The council governs the province along with the Province Governor who is appointed by the Sultan. Today was a great day for the Republic with the expansion of the southern borders to include the north poration of the southern coast of the Caspian Sea. The decision of to expand was made by the local population when they voted on it in a referendum to send a petition to the National Legislative Assembly. The Government debate the petition and decided to accept the request and the Republic Guardmens to secure the area wishing to join the Republic. The government has set up a regional government office to start the annexation process and begin to constructed the regional government institution of the local courts, legislative assembly, and regional governor. A statement released by the Sultan and Interior Minister include allowing them to vote in the upcoming elections of the United Senate and the members of all three assembnly will be increase to compensate the new increase in the national population. Today in the city of Al-Dasiko Prince Jabulah was almost assassinted by a lone gunman believed to be a sleep agent for the A.I.M. approached the defense minister. He was able to get with a few feet of Jabulah and pulled a gun out shooting him once in the shoulder. Him was then tackled by the Republic Guards and Jadulah's bodyguards to the ground. Prince Jadulah was rushed to the closest hospital to be treated and was in surgeorny for two and half hours. The cabinet and the Sultan were informed and security around was tight until they had secure the surrounding area. The assassin was a guy by the name of Fasivle Al-Ransivela who was founded to a radical support of ousted Waldfi Adulah who led a fail coup against the government. Fasivle after leaving the republic was recruited by A.I.M. (Arab Independence Movement) and returned to the republic after being trained. Jadulah is planned to make a full recover he was visited by his family and is rest comfortably with Sharyan and Ifaivas by his side.

Today Sultan Sharyan went before the legislative branch to give the first State of the Republic since the new constitution was put into effect here is his speech Many events have happen during this year from the failed attempt to overthrow this government, to joining with are brothers and sister of God's greats religion in the New Muslim Brotherhood. We have with stood many changes and problems like the terrorist groups threatening our borders. This year we must focus on strengthening our economic social policy and add reform to the political system. I ask the congress to help me better our country and people. The Republic has grow strong from allies in the T.R.T. to help fight for freedom and human rights. For the coming year I wish to strengthen our ties in the Middle East with the Allied States of Arv and The Emirate of Al Whaladya nations along with growing Republic of Salik. We must reform our political systems so that we never have a rebellion to destroy our democracy. In addition we must bring the Sharia back into our political system so we can live by the word of good and wisdom. Mister Speaker, President of the Senate and Assembly, congressmen and women we must united together so that we help bring further goodness and guidance to the people we represent and lead. Today Prince Jabulah was released from the hositpal and has returned home to the royal palace. The doctors have stated that Jabulah should be able to return to his post in a few weeks after his injury has healed fully until then deputy defense minister Prince Waifuim while be acting Defense Minister. In other news the Foreign Minisitry has released a press release stating that The United Sultanate United Libyan Arab Republic and The Emirate of Al Whaladya will established Diplomatic Relations. This comes after the Republic Guard Corps secure the country by searching the whole country for any other terriorist threats. Fasivle has been formally charged with attempt murder of a state officer, attempt murder of a member of the Royal house, and terrorism. He has been interrogated by the Intelligences Service at an undisclosed location. He is to be tried later this year by the Federal Courts.

Today in the western part of the Dakfani province there was a serious of explosions at the provincial capital. A few seconds later a gun battle broke out between the Republic Guard and Terrorist A.I.M. which lasted about an hour. Following this there was another serious of explosions in the Makallun district in the city of Afizn just east of the capital the terrorist perceived to kill minister Bakiva and Javu. Both worked in the religious Department as directors of the taskforce set up to combat the terrorist for the Republic T.R.T. units. This caused the capital to be shut down and the cabinet to be convened at the Situation Room underneath the Executive Building. Security has been tightening around all governmental and provincial administration buildings. The sultan has declared a state of emergency and Republic Guard Corps have been authorized to search every house and building. The attack comes hours after the Al Whaladyan Officials left. The sultan has released a statement which has stated that he will go before the media tonight. Later that night the whole nation was watching the TV. The Sultan appeared before the camera at his office behind his desk. The Sultan had a serious and annoyed look on his face and he began speaking "Early this day there was a terrorist attack on the capital city of the Dakfani province and in the city of Afizn which caused the loss of many lives. The attackers are agents of the Arab Independence Movement who planted IEDs and exchange gun fight between the Republic Guards. This attack is act of cowardness and false religious motivation against the government and people. The attackers have been tracked to the lands southeast of our borders in the deserted. This country will not allow this to happen and we will launch a full counter attack against this enemy. I will ask the Legislative branch to grant me the authority to do military intervention and crush this threat. Thank you and may peace and blessing be upon the victims and died." the TV changes to regular news program. |

Last week there was a horrible attack by A.I.M. terrorist organization against the republic. The Legislative Assembly has approved. Sultan Sharyan’s request to send troops to crush the threat. The region that is being target is a section just southeast of our borders. Troops are being mass near the border at moment with Republic Intelligence Agency (RIA) and M82 the Interior intelligence agency entering the area early this week. The region has been in the past a hotbed of terrorism and anarchy which the A.I.M. has used to its advantage. The commander in charge Maj. General Malkar has told the media that he expects a hard and heavy resistance from the A.I.M. organization. He believes that this could be similar to what is happening with Al Whaladya and fighting the Kurdistan Taliban. In other news the state of martial law has been lifted and the investigation at the two crime scene has begun late last night. Today also starts the annual celebration of the Republic President Adul Quilsun the modern father of the current democratic system birthday. Adul is a close friend and advisor to Sultan Hussein IV grandfather of Sharyan. Adul helped Hussein created a stronger voice and power to the people by creating the current democratic theory. He was granted the honor title of President as representative of the civilians. He would’ve turned 148 today. Today the three intelligences officers who were rescued from the A.I.M. and provide the information about the numbers and location of the enemy. They were taken by Special Forces by helicopter to the forward base of the intervention forces to give a report on their mission. In addition the army and air force have started their operations of crushing the enemy. In other news Sultan Sharyan gave a speech last night about the former Republic President and awarded the title of Grand Master of the Order of the Tribes to him. There was also a mass parade and celebration in the streets across the Republic and people have been paying respects to the grave, and leaving gifts at the grave and house. Additionally today the family members will be addressing the People’s Parliament about their relative and what they believe should be fix by the assembly. |

The Trial of the A.I.M. leader Rusviha has began in the the Special Military Court which will be trying each of the three leaders that were capture. The prosecution and defense had their opening statements which were given to the military judges. The prosecution which is the Deputy Attorney-General Ali Khaleel opening statement focus on the evidence that shows that the terrorist were involved in the attacks on the Republic and other countries. The Defense statement focused on the position that the three leaders were guilty of being terrorist but not murders. The trial continued to the prosecution calling witnesses and evidence tying the leaders to the terrorist attacks. The trial will continue later this week with the defense and verdict. In other news the CMESS has asked that their expansion be recognized before rejoining T.R.T. Which the government hasn't taking a side yet on this matter. |

Today the The North African Republic of United Transitional Libyan Republic has established a formal embassy in the capital city today. This is the first major step in reestablishing contact between the two Libyan Arabs. The Ambassador Charles Rustbagor of United Transitional Libyan Republic arrived and rose the his country flag at the embassy. The two republics have decide that the North African Republic will have some train for its army when the republic establishs an armed forces. In other news the Foreign Ministry has decide that they will release a statement that will state the position of the Republic on CMESS expansion.

Today Rusviha and his deputies were transported by airplane to the T.R.T Headquaters to face the T.R.T. for their crimes of terrorism. Also the intervention force has started to be withdraw from the region and the trained defense force has took over the bigger cities west of the formal stronghold. In other news the Royal Family is proud to announce the new arrive if prince Wahadise grandson to Sharyan and son of Prince Khalifa. The new prince was born to Khalifa's second late last night and is in good health. Wahadise will be revealed to the republic later this week at the most holiest mosque in the Republic by his Grandfather. Sharyan will perform the blessing ceremony which official crown the baby a prince of the royal house. The Mosque which was the first one founded after the unification of Islam in the country by the father of Islam in the Republic. The person was Grand Ayatollah-Imam Ali Umar who arrive shortly after the second sultan's crowning to unify Islam here. |

The preparation for the ceremony for the crowning Prince Wahadise has began in the capital. As the The Sultan and the Queen send out invitations to heads of state and government around the region. The Holy Umar Mosque where the Grand Ayatollah-Imam Ali Umar is buried along with many other holy clergy. The ceremony will take place just after noon prayers which then be followed by a parade which go from the mosque to the Royal Palace of Yusifa Al-Naduvayi the formal residence of the Sultan and his family. Once there the Sultan will hold a formal lunch where the royal family will give the new prince gifts. OOC. The Royal Family hopes that this event will be a time of celebration in the Rpeublic after the Operation Desert Dawn has ended combat missions in the formal terrorist hot spot. Today the Sultan released a statement that the United Libyan Arab Republic will be recognizing the Khilafate Sulemania at the meeting to talk about the country's recent expansion of the Suez Canal. The Republic's delegation will be led by Sultan Sharyan personal with the Crown Prince, Foreign Minister, Sharyan's Naval Advisor, and Chief of Staff of the Navy. The meeting is going to take place in Cairo on August 5 with nations from the Middle East and representative from the expansion area people being present. In other news to day the marks the annually start of the football season with the arch rivals FC Arab Al-saif vs Arab Sultan FC playing each other in the Capital city. The game will be starting later today. The game will be attended by the royal family and other officials. Also today the North Province of Al-Baraheri has a new Governor with Prince Diyaa's death. Diyaa is the older cousin of Sharyan who has served that post since Sharyan was named Crown Prince. The new Governor is predicted to be his son Prince Khadim who is 20 years old. |

Sultan Sharyan has talked about what he expects at the meeting in Cairo about the recent expansion by the Khilafate Sulemania. He believes that the meeting will help farther peace and understanding between the new nation and the older countries in the Middle East. He has also said that this could help Africa become more involved in tge politics of the Middle East. In other news he has announced that he plans to pay his first official state visit to Al Whaladya to meet with the Emir and wishes to address their Parliament. In other news FC Arab Al-saif has won against their arch rival in the national soccer league yesterday. The People Parliament has announced that is planning to pass a new law which will give more power to the cities to reform the security issues and military problems, presented by increase fear of a attack by the few remaining A.I.M. fighters who have escaped. Also Prince Wahadise has been declared official as the heir in-wait for his father's position in his royal province district. Ali Fatah is the Prince of Meckiva in the north of the country. |

The Republic's delegation has arrived at Cairo for the meeting about the expansion that would place the Suez under the control of an Arab nation. At this meeting delegation meet the Whaladyan delegation which was Prime Minister Hassam and Defense Minister Omar. The meeting schedule to begin in the next few days and should last for a few days where the Middle Eastern Delegations along with the Federation will decide the fate of this expansion. Also our cousins are planning to come to this meeting to voice their thoughts. In other news today new legislations has passed on the lower house by a majority vote. The resolutions have add reform to the religious social part of the republic. The first resolution titled 82-S4 which creates stronger administration of religious sites, events, and communication between Islam and other religion. The second one title 82-S4 separate the religious culture section from the the Religion Affairs Ministry and creates the Cabinet-level Ministry of Religious Culture. The two resolutions will be passing into the middle then upper house later this week. This resolutions will also revise a article of the Constitution and this revise will not need a vote. The resolution will be signed by the sultan when he returns if passed. |

Today the two religious reform resolutions have passed though the middle and upper houses with majority votes. The 82-S4 which added reform to how the religious section was administrated and how the relations between Islam and other religion with a new council. The 82-S5 creates the Ministry of Religious Culture which will have jurisdiction of culture aspect of religiouns and administrated all religious culture sites. The Inaugural Religious Culture Minister was named they are Haashim Kutnute who is the Brother of Ashlifa Kutnute. He was chosen by the National Islamic Council and will be swore in later this week. He has said that he will be restoring the mosque where the Shura Council meets back in the older times. In other news the intervention forces has official withdrawn from the formal A.I.M. the had finished training the defense forces and establishing the government. The lasted forces crossed the border early morning in their APCs. The region has been swept free of all A.I.M. fighters except for the few fighters who are currently being hunted down in the forests of the republic by the Guardsmen. The forces will be returning to their bases and the security level has returned to a normal level. |
