Zeelar has long prided itself on its lack of reliance on automobiles and the quality rail system that shuttles passengers and freight across the entire continent. Recently, a great deal of dated equipment was taken out of service. Aged box cabs and locomotives of a bygone era have been taken out of service along with numerous old commuter cars. At least one box cab, one GG1 electric and one double decker car set will be preserved at the new 'African Dream Museum of Transportation Technologies,' which is currently under construction. Some equipment will be preserved in rideable shape. Numerous other pieces of equipment will be scrapped and recycled into something new. Through a series of consolidations, most locomotive and car builders in Zeelar call themselves Trans-African Railways. In an international sense, the other rail resources of Zeelar represent themselves through the company. Since the new pieces of equipment are set to become so standard, they have been selected for sharing with the entire world. Anyone that wishes to purchase quality electric train equipment from Trans-African Railways has the right to do so. Moreover, anyone that would like to request service or shipments, or perhaps has a wish to be connected with the rest of the African continent should get in touch with the company. Though our rails span throughout the continent, we are reliant on a number of agreements with foreign lands to stretch from Cape to Cairo and throughout the Sahara desert as well as Sub-Saharan lands. Therefore, we consider our agreements to be in good order. Anyone that wishes to dispute them can apply for a correction at once. More opportunities are brought by the fact that sustainable forestry is practiced in many areas along the Trans-African Railways lines. Clearing older trees and planting new ones are constantly sequestering carbon, and the Trans-African Railways is proud to offer this service. Wood and paper products along with furniture and other goods are manufactured and hauled by the system. There are also rice and grain plantations along with cotton farms and mills along the system's trackage. FS Class E412 - Those that want to experience horsepower and speed need to have a look at the FS Class E412 Brennerlok. While it is a European design, it has proven itself many times on the Trans-African Railways, which currently produces a version of the locomotive. As a mixed traffic locomotive, it can haul heavy trains at fast speeds with a maximum speed that exceeds 136 miles per hour. SNCF TGV POS - The ten car SNCF TGV POS high-speed train set proved itself in tough European services before versions were constructed to haul many of the most illustrious high-speed passenger services on Trans-African Railways. The African Queen, the African Orient Express, the Rhodesian, the Cecil Rhodes and numerous regional services use this technology that can top out at around 357 miles per hour. SNCF TGV Duplex - Services that are similar to those handled by other TGV trains can usually be substituted out with duplex trains that have an almost identical speed curve. Stadler Butler SBB Ee922 - Let this little 'Butler' serve you well. As the standard industrial shunting locomotive throughout the Trans-African Railways network and connections, the Ee922 can stand up to anything. Coupled in multiples or handling even poorly maintained track, the Butler is at home switching out cars anywhere. Locals and industrial trains are no match for the willing Butler. Countless examples are already in service. NZR FP Class - To haul commuters or regional passengers, nothing is quite as stable as the FP Class Matangi and the trailer cars that work along with the system. Well over 360 people can take advantage of the quality and smooth ride of each FP class set. ALP-46A - The 7,500 horsepower 46A class should be more than enough for most jobs. A North American standard that was based on a European one, it has found a home on the Trans-African Railways in a variety of different capacities. The 46A sets new standards in economy, safety, efficiency and power. As more standardization occurs, we hope to continue to offer future models to the world just as readily as we do today. Though Zeelar prefers standard gauge and automatic couplers, equipment may be modified to fit other coupling or track gauge standards as well as different electrical voltages worldwide. |

The ICBBC wishes to purchase 10% of all publically available stock in the venture. ---------- The Democratic Confederacy of Africa welcomes this glorious venture being made public. Having been one of the key players in its construction in the sub-Saharan region, and a major stakeholder, we bless this project for the glory of uniting all Africa! OOC- Nothing here. Just stating that DCA loves this while also establishing that it has a literal stake in the project. You can take or leave the Bank request. |

Trans-African Railways is proud to have such willing partners throughout the entire continent of Africa. Projects like these are able to keep the continent united and free. We would like to first announce our congratulations to the ICBBC for purchasing 10% of the total shares. It is our sincere hope that we are always able to return a useful dividend to such investors. Moreover, we are glad that the Democratic Confederacy of Africa continues to work to keep this land tied together through steel and wire. OOC: I'm happy to take the bank request. I actually think a long time ago you grabbed 10% of the outstanding shares from Seraphim Group, which is a major media and communications company in Zeelar. I'd be happy to consider that still valid as well. I really am sorry it took so long to get back to you about this though. |

OOC- It's all good. ^^ And thanks for accepting my stakes. IC- In lieu of the Trans-African Railways venture, the DCA has ordered the establishment of the Kabinda Locomotive Works for the construction of prime movers for the railways and the refurbishment and reopening of the Heavy Vehicles Factory Kinshasa for the construction of rail cars of all types. |

By prime movers, are we to understand that the Kabinda Locomotive Works constructs diesel-electric or diesel-hydraulic locomotives? While these are not used in Zeelar, which avoids the use of thermal power generation from such fossil fuels, we are very well deposed to ordering literally thousands of rail cars from the Heavy Vehicles Factory Kinshasa. The large surges in traffic that we have been experiencing as of late has forced us to bring very old vehicles back into service. This is hardly a welcome situation. If the KLW is offering electric locomotives, or provides maintenance, we would be happy to provide many orders and do great business. Naturally, we'd also love to ship your products all over the continent. This is an excellent opportunity for African business to grow without non-African hands touching it. |

KLW provides prime movers of any kind and to any specification, and also offers maintenance services for both its own products as well as other models. Heavy Vehicles Factory Kinshasa has the capacity to meet your orders and will start as soon as they recieve specifics plus downpayment. |
