IC- -- Kasnyian News Service -- Good evening ladies and gentlemen and welcome to KNS, your election headquarters! As the races have started heating up, we come to the primary of one of the most decimated political blocs since the collapse of the World Military Dominion. Challenging for the leadership role of the Red Bloc are the Burgundy League lead by the OPPK, which seeks official state recognition and support for the long-vacant Patriarchate of Kasnyia, the Rose Front which has crystalized into the MRR, seeking Ribbenzoph restoration to the throne and widely believed by many to be a front of Byzantine and Alexanderhavenien interests and whose status is currently being challenged in court by several petitionors, including the banned Kasnyian Universalist Orthodox Union (KUOU) of the Maroon Movement, and finally the radical Crimson List, which is also being challenged in court for being anti-national, anti-parliamentary, and usurpist. It is entirely unknown how these cases will affect or be affected by the vote. OOC - Forum is fucking up on me. Won't let me post the whole post for some reason. Also strangely created duplicate threads. |

OOC: I'll try to think up some RPs. Honestly, I'm having a hard enough time getting back into RP and keeping up with things as it is, but it's still my goal to be an active RPer even if I'm not too good at that anymore. :shy: |

OOC- Just note, however, that parties against the current monarchy are generally forced to stick to their other policies, lest they be disqualified. And as mentioned earlier, two of the three parties here have legal proceedings against them. Should they be found in the wrong, they'd be disqualified then too. So you DO take a risk backing them. Just a heads up. |

With the elections for the Red Bloc still ongoing, it will be interesting to see how these political parties address the fact that they are barred from espousing certain viewpoints, especially in lieu of pending cases against them from various organizations. OOC- Bump just to say the voting is still open. |

The polls have closed, and the MRR have won the vote. However, as per election guidelines, they will not be allowed to act upon their entire platform. It remains to be seen if the vote will have any meaning, as there are cases pending against various parties in the bloc. - KNS Breaking News Report |
