OOC- I believe the DCA was offering to get Zanzibar to disavaow the missile cruiser in exchange that Rome dropped the sea lane bit and let the Federation handle it instead... |

OOC: If I'm not mistaken, didn't the Romans agree to getting the cruiser but remained animate about the sealane bit? My last post was offering the Federation to add more ships in defense of Zanzibar to ease its concerns over having the Romans patrol the sealane...to which you returned with saying that you could get Zanzibar to agree if Rome agreed. Now I know I've been gone a week or more and I didn't read over the thread before posting. If my memory was wrong then I will re-write. |

OOC: Friendly bump; I want to post a reply, but I also don't want to move ahead without things being clear for everyone. If you guys could quickly clarify things, we can continue. |

OOC- I reread it, I still don't see it, but that could have to do entirely with there being alot to go through. I still believe the DCA's offer was given as an alternative, otherwise they wouldn't have done it. Feel free to point it out though, if its there. |

OOC: There wasn't an agreement. The DCA made an offer in one spirit, the Roman Empire twisted it to another, and there was no meeting of the minds. |

OOC- In that case, there is still no deal. Dunno who is supposed to speak now though. |

OOC: *facepalm* OK, well then let me strike my last statement where I assumed we had an agreement and then rewrite the one before that, so we'll restart this conversation at post # 31, after I've rewritten it, since apparently there isn't an agreement met. I'll write it to pose the question if an agreement is met and we can further discuss the real situation IC. I should get to this by the end of the day or sometime today I promise. |

OOC: Ok so I deleted my last post and have left the post before that as is. Going with what was said, Rome still wants to patrol the sea-lanes and the Federation is offering to give Zanzibar more ships of its own in defense of the island while Rome protects the sea-lanes. So I'll let you edit your last post Kas with the appropriate response given the new light on the information  and then we'll go from there. |
