There's no such thing as depression so horrible that you break through to the other side. Now I just feel cheated by bald-faced lie of the happy ending. I did laugh through most of it though. Can't say I haven't been there quite a goddamn lot in the past ten years.

I disagree. I've reached the point where I've broken through in the past. Its actually pretty liberating.

Then it is real, and it only happens for other people. That's the only thing that could have made this cartoon more depressing.

Fucking love this. In more subtle ways, this has in fact happened to me; the point where you're so down on everything you do and are that you end up not caring, and that "not caring" makes you feel like you can take on freakin' anything.
