His Majesty, High King William, welcomes diplomatic embassies, nobles, and commoners alike to come to his court in Castle O'Siadhail in Inishowen. Appointments must be made in advance with the House Secretary of the O'Siadhail. Please note Castle O'Siadhail is at the northernmost tip of Ireland, hence weather is commonly cold. Lodging will be provided in the mansion for those that wish it. Please take note that many of the rooms in the east wing of the mansion are rented by commoners working on the lands of the O'Siadhail estate, and many O'Siadhail clan members live in the west wing. We look forward to receiving you!

Count Nikolai Ottovich von Essen, the official Russian emissary to the old High King's court strutted into the Castle and headed to the House Secretary. He came with an official letter to the Irish Court requesting that his services be continued. Naturally, Russia didn't feel there would be much of a problem, hence the Count's confidence as he walked into the office. Russia as much as Ireland would benefit from further relations.

Official Decree
The Russian Empire
I, Tsar Alexei Paulovich Romanov II, upon the permission of High King William O'Siadhail, wish that Count Nikolai Ottovich von Essen, of the Russian noble house Essen, be formally granted further residency at the official embassy of the Russian Empire in Ireland and continue to serve Russia as a permanent representative within the High King's court. In this capacity and for as long as a representative of Russia is welcome in the Irish Court, the High King shall now and forever have a direct line to Moscow.
