I regret to inform you that this is the end. I'm going now. I wish you all a very fond farewell. Other things are taking up my free time now--mostly writing letters to my girlfriend and studying Scripture. This forum was fun to be sure, and I've enjoyed interacting and storytelling with you. Other things have just encroached. So here at last, on the shores of the sea... comes the end of our Fellowship. :) May the muses of geopolitical intrigue tickle inspire you to to greater heights of roleplaying greatness.

Farewell.

Studying scripture....and WRITING letters to the girlfriend....okaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaay!
What's wrong with that? Many Christian groups allow that. It's pretty much just Roman Catholics that are the hard-nosed traditionalists.

Later, SB! Good luck!

CE was talking about "writing" letters" as opposed to using email, text messages, social networking, etc. I can't quite figure out what you are talking about.

I think he is referring to the fact that Roman Catholics 'traditionally' don't study the Bible if they are lay people...I think that's what he's saying.

I thought we were pointing out that he was studying the bible and had a girlfriend. Roman Catholics like to keep their theologians single.

Or I could have done it in the past.

But yeah, anyone who knows me knows I would never actually do that. Christianity is one of the few things I take very seriously. That and jelly doughnuts.
