Private Posts: 17 Group: Members Member #519 Joined: July 9, 2009	Greetings, The Hallistarian Dominion is eying an expansion to the south and south-east of it. Posted Image Note: There are two circles, one with an a in it in black text, the second with a b in it in red. The Hallistarian Dominion is focusing on procuring the one with an a marked in black text due to a cartography issue in which a nation denoted formerly as 15 was 'illegally' put. Please ignore the circle with the 'b'. We have been informed that nation 15 has been moved to the or near the spot marked by the letter b in a circle. Hallistar is not planning to expand to the spot on the (outdated) map where nation 15 had formerly been. With a population of over 6.4 billion, our technology, whilst being effective, cannot house all denizens in the current territory. A surveillance convoy is planning to set out to gather information on the proposed expansion soon. We await commentary from foreign dignitaries. Chairman of the Bank Posts: 12,339 Group: Veterans Member #164 Joined: July 15, 2005	Alexanderhaven does not support this expansion in Area A. Alexanderhaven reserves the right to that land and will advise Hallistar to relinquish their claim to this expansion. If expansion is necessary, we suggest Hallistar expands to the West.

Do you plan on getting it marked as part of your nation soon or is this supposed to be the status quo? Regardless..If there is any other way of us being able to acquire it, economically or something to your favor then we'd be interested in knowing. Otherwise, we'll relegate to a new proposal to the west. As for Aghaba, Why are you outraged over us expanding? -Alpha

A reference map will be provided soon. -alpha

However, the land marked as "E" would bring Hallistar adjascent to the lands of the Emperor's vassals in Anatolia and the County of Edessa. This does not directly threaten our security, but it does impact our interests. We will accept and recognize this expansion as long as Hallistar promises 1) to either a) swear allegience to the Roman Empire or b) agree not to militarize its borders with the Eastern Counties or the County of Edessa, and 2) agree not to expand southwest of E into Syria. If condition 2 is accepted and condition 1a or 1b are accepted, than the Empire will recognize this annexation.
