I don't think I'm doing Halloween this year. I just don't really have the time and money to put together a costume.

Oh wait, I do have a suit of armor... I mean, I feel like it's kinda getting old, but the response I get always says otherwise. The suit itself is getting old. Five years old now. It's in bad repair and it's gotten a bit tight when I wear it.

Well, I may just show up to school in armor on Halloween... again. There are some who haven't seen it.
I have an American Revolutionary soldier's jacket. It's been my fallback costume, but I'm sure mostly everyone's seen it.

Ehh, it's my last Halloween as a legal minor. I feel like I should take advantage of this.

Hm.

I have a car. I have a 4 foot tall trebuchet with a range of 50 feet. If I mount this on my roof and get a friend to drive while I launch eggs...

I feel like the revolutionary coat would be hilarious when coupled with this.
One does not need a milestone birthday to be mature, You can take that in either of its two possible meanings. :D

Yes, and I did. I am known for doing very complex dances, and I was still able to pull off those dances to a degree. Quite humorous in the suit.

I don't think I will be suiting up for Halloween however. That armor is a workout, and I have too little energy to use on it another night.

That said, if you really want to stay in shape, get yourself a suit of transitional plate armor, wear it for two hours a day. Seriously, that will probably keep you in shape. You don't even need to do anything in particular. Just wear it, walk around in it. My traps were bulging after I took it off, and I still have the muscle gain. I'm betting knights back in the day commonly had large shoulders and strong backs. And large necks, and arms, and legs... Well, pretty much, being a fighting man is a good way to stay in shape and build muscle. I really need a friend with a good suit of armor. We could beat the living shit out of each other, and it would be fun, while building muscle and staying in shape. It does wonders for cardio too.

Truth. Although in Carolina turns out that arbitrary milestone is 16. So there's that.

This reminds me of the scene from the Cable Guy.

I'll gladly go get a suit of armor just for this.

I don't think anyone else reads Homestuck on here.

I've seen about a metric ton of Dave's in the last month.

But two cons and Halloween will do that.

aw;kjgkljslkgjewg

Incidentally, the reason I got into Homestuck was because there were so many Homestuck cosplays at a convention... Kind of funny when the (possibly) most popular fandom present at an anime convention isn't an anime.

Very cool.

I can't remember if it's ever been discussed, but if you ever turn up at Otakuthon/Another Anime Con/PortCon/ConnectiCon/Anime Boston/PAX (eh)/anything north of Otakon, we could meet up.

It's kinda funny you went with Telo to Otakon, I met Al Qalaa at Otakuthon. Good times.
