Many people driving by Ireland's capital, Tara, could not help but notice the massive cranes rising up from the citadel. Some absolutely massive structure was being built within Tara, but the media was left with only speculation.

The structure had begun to take shape. Seven small domed structures plus an eighth towering structure were connected to one enormous dome structure under construction. Those that entered the fortress could see there were large entryways to each smaller structure, with every structure lined by columns, the large dome with massive columns on its outside. A great gatehouse with four towers stood in a place symmetrical to the domes. It was similar to though much larger than the Grand Forum constructed in Damascus by the Brotherhood decades ago.

Nearing completion, the official announcement for the date of the Grand Assembly's opening was made.

People of Ireland

Today I present to you one of my greatest achievement. My gift to you. True democracy, or at least as close as a modern nation can get. Five thousand citizens will be selected at random to attend the first meeting of the Grand Assembly of Ireland. Attendance is not mandatory, though it is recommended. The Grand Assembly will have its first session on August 1st. On that day, we shall build a new Ireland, together.

Signed,

High King Aodh O'Neill
