The God-Emperor of our holy land, Scythirus, has announced the completion of a series of internal investigations that led to the downfall of the World Military Dominion. The Ahimothedian threat, ever present within our lands was revealed to be behind a plot of sabotage and espianage within the Dominion ranks. The Ahimothedians, decades ago, rose within the Wadji province of Scythirus when it was still an independent nation as a fanatical Christian blood cult led by Crown Prince Abdul. Under the renegade High Priest Jorzo Mafil's unlawful rule of Scythirus, our nation was pledged to Abdul's cause until the God-Emperor wrested control of the throne back under the holy house of Voramix. Abdul was captured and subsequently executed by Wadji authorites. Nevertheless, his legacy left a blight in our land and traitors siding with the Ahimothedian cause have lurked within high ranking offices of the church, state, and military of Scythirus. 40 treasonous officers of the Scythirian army were uncovered along with 250 enlisted personnel. One treasonous palace advisor was also uncovered. Furthermore, High Priest Gizaad Halkaan and 34 other memembers of the Sacred clergy were exposed as treasonous Ahimothedian sympathizers. All have been prudently executed without trial. The Sacred Religion has elected a new High Priest, Grozoar Hassan, whom is exceedingly loyal to the God-Emperor. Still, the God-Emperor needs your help. Report suspicious behavior to the local police and direct action shall be taken. Keep an eye out for Ahimothedian symbology and rites. If you have a neighbor or a loved one practicing or you suspect is practicing the Ahimothedian faith, turn them in immediately. A safe Scythirus is an Ahimothedian-free Scythirus. In other news, illegal immigrants abroad have been uncovered in various cities of Scythirus. He was not amused and turned to his closest aide, Brother Maladictus. "Our operatives will need to be more careful within Scythirus," he said with a low hiss of frustration. He sighed, holding a hand to his forehead. "As you wish it, Your Grace," Brother Maladictus replied. "Tell me, Brother, what is the status of the Spear of Longinus?" the Preacher asked suddenly. "Returned to Rome, unfortunately, it continues to lie without our grasp," the Ahimothedian monk reported. "That's unfortunate," the Preacher stated. "Clearly we'll need to correct that as soon as possible...." |
