I do not know what the future of Kas, and in case the moderators censor me as well.
But for what I know now, the pope of the Koln is not under anyone's control.
Could i claim him as a player character?

Well give it sometime before claiming the Pope unless you just really, REALLY need the Pope. If this is the case, then I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use the Pope if only for one single RP. I mean what do you need the Pope for, a coronation or something like that?

My point is, if all you need the Pope for is an event that only effects your nation then sure I say use the Pope.

Which reminds me, the Colognian church was originally designed to be a church with an elected Pope. When was the last Pope elected anyhow, might be time for a new Pope (an new Player) to be elected.

Filo, Kas posted on the Nationstates site. You can go ahead and use the pope as you wish for the coronation.
