So with CE (the person) gone, CE (the country) also gone, and the geo-political landscape of our world changed I'd like ot get a better feel of who considers themselves a majority Genesian Catholic?

A College of Cardinals is to be established immediately, seated in Hamburg and convened at the Pope's discretion. This College shall provide council as necessary in matters both spiritual and practical, as well as preside over religious observation in the capital city of Hamburg. All nations which formally acknowledge the Genesian Church as the one true religion of man shall be entitled to at least a single seat within the College.

Basically, before leb went MIA, he created a College of Cardinals to serve as an advisory council to the Pope. I'd like to call a College of Cardinal so I basically want to know who considered the Genesian Church as the one true church and will therefore have at least one seat i.e Cardinal for this council

I was there. I know that much.

Although Andreas Estharus has passed on, as he was aging at that point in time, and that was back when Tres Valentine was at his political peak.

The Union is devoutly Genesian, and has a garrison defending Rome.

Being a former Spanish colony, and with the former Hispania/ current Union being a Genesian nation, Quixotia shall be a Genesian nation.

The majority of Sperry is a part of the Sperian Catholic Church, which dates back to 305 AD (when Sperry gained independance from the Roman Empire in response to the persecution of Christians, and became the first Christian state in Western Europe) and has existed to this day under the rule of Dareu Maqairu, Bishop of Arva. At various points, the Sperian Church was part of the Latin Rite (but with its own twists, like baptism in wine and then water, which among other things was controversial in Rome's eyes), but with the combined effects of the Franco-centric Avignon Papacy and the liquidation of many of the Knights Templar and their subsequent fleeing to Sperry for refuge, Sperry officially cut itself off from the Papacy on 1312 in light of the Council of Vienne, declaring the Papacy null until it dropped its French influence (Sperry's main enemy at the time was France), moved back to Rome and cleared the names of the Knights Templar. This lead to the 12 Years' War, where Sperry resisted invasion, with help from the Knights Templar and the English, against France and gained large amounts of territory and wealth as a result, and entered a Golden Age in defiance of the Papacy and France.

But with the advent of the Black Death and the subsequent Plague War that tore Sperry to pieces, as well as the rise of Calvinism, Sperry joined the Latin Rite once again in 1543 on the condition that the Bishop of Arva would be recognized as second only to the Pope. This was agreed upon, but rarely ever applied, and with the 1870 declaration of Papal Infallibility, the Sperian Church once again broke away from the Papacy (with little reprecussion, since Sperry was under the rule of the anti-Christian dictator Meqel Beatres), and has stayed that way to this day.

There are a small minority of legally-protected Genesian Catholics in Sperry (though some fringe groups in the church have commited terrorist attacks in Sperry despite being well-treated and free to worship as they please), however, and are overseen by the Genesian Bishop of Armaga, Marcu Atanaseu, who answers directly to the Pope. He also likely serves as a Cardinal, so you can put him in there.
