Article I: The German king was crowned by the Archbishop of his home state or according to his personal religion. However, in order to ascend to the office of the Roman Emperor, King of Germany to be crowned by the Pope who is the archbishop of Magdeburg. The first name of all Catholics, the second on behalf of Evangelicals Delegates are invited to vote and express their views on this issue of dual coronation. There will be two individual options: yes and no. By voting "yes", the delegates approved the first article of the new constitution, while voting "no", delegates will reopen the debate in the Reichstag. The time to vote is equal to one day (Tomorrow in RL, at 12:00 hours in Italy) at the end of which the debate will be closed and the decision, which has won, even with a simple majority will pass.
