Deleted User	( OOC: This is an attempt at getting a bit of Middle East RP and trade going. I do hope I posted this in the right section, please move it if I did not. This is simply part one of multiple AOTA being Land, Air, and Sea transport. Let me know about grammatical issues yall see that need to be fixed. ) Al-Arabiyya hereby submits the layout of the Arab Open Trade Agreement (AOTA). This agreement is open to nations of the Middle East, Northern Africa and select nations of Asia and Europe. Nations that will be accepted must have a primary population of Arab people allowing nations that are primarily Persian and Turkic on and case-by-case basis. It is encouraged that all nations proclaim Islam as their national religion. Nations that ratify the agreement shall be listed here for reference. AOTA is an light-open boarder policy allowing citizens of the AOTA to instantly be granted a visa to enter a fellow members nation ( with some conditions. ) It also cuts back on taxes associated with transferring cargo between member nations in an effort to foster trade and growth. It does not however place any regulations regarding governing of ones nation outside of instant-visa travel and the removal of duties levied on non-hazardous cargo. AOTA - Ground Transport and Travel Spoiler: click to toggle Any transport vessel containing cargo shall not be charged any additional tariffs, duties or import fees when transiting between a member nation that is not a beginning or terminating location. Cargo from member nations shall still be subject to proper boarder and checkpoint searches, and seizure of illegal material; however member nations are encouraged to expedite the transition of cross-border travel for any transport vessel originating in a member nation. Any citizen of a member nation in the commission of transporting cargo shall be given a proper AOTA visa on site at any boarder crossing if the terminating destination of the cargo is not the entering nation; this visa shall be valid for a minimum of three (3) months. If the terminating destination is same as crossing destination, its own visa may be issued for a period of three (3) months or as agreed upon between the beginning and terminating points. Any citizen of a non-member nation in the commission of transporting cargo shall be given a proper AOTA visa at the discretion of the crossing nation; this visa shall be valid for one (1) month. A member nation reserves the right to deny entry of any person or cargo from a non-member nation. Any transport vessel containing cargo shall be subject to additional search and inspection if the vessel transits into a non-member nation when the beginning and terminating destinations are member nations. Once the transport vessel has been inspected by a member nation, if it transits into another member nation it shall be subject to regulations pertaining to member-to-member transport. Member nations shall be required to maintain proper search and inspection facilities at all entry points, land, air or sea where cargo may be transported by ground from a non-member nation. Member nations may place additional restrictions upon transiting cargo considered hazardous as defined by international law. Member nations my reject or revoke travel visas for citizens of any member nations that a local or international arrest warrant has been issued. Citizens or transport vehicles from any non-member nation may be rejected for visa or charged additional tariffs, duties or import fees when transiting form a non-member nation. Any citizen of a member nation not in the commission of transporting cargo shall be issued a proper AOTA visa at any crossing point using a valid form of identification defined as: passport, citizenship card or other official identification card of origin nation. Any member nation may reject, detain and/or deport a fellow member national who do not possess a proper visa, engage in crime, or posses’ active local, national or international warrants; said national must be deported to their origin nation within thirty (30) days of arrest and five (5) days of visa rejection.

Sergeant Posts: 190 Group: Members Member #687 Joined: July 16, 2011	After reading your proposal, I am afraid that the Federation of Semitistan cannot join for Islam is not it's official religion. However, our researchers have pointed out that calling it an "Arab" open trade agreement is misleading in relation to the aforementioned condition, for we have a significant Arab minority that is of the Christian faith. May I suggest it be renamed to the "Islamic Open Trade Agreement" so that other nations are not mislead.
