...and of course, everyone seems to be forgetting Britian is derived from the Latin. Old English is English after the Latin but before the French influence Middle English is post Latin and French influence. Welsh, Scottish, Cornish, Manx - all Celtic languages. It all just depends on what influences you want to have. |
