That's fine, Porcu, but I still need someone to defend him unless he decides to defend himself.

Ok, Porcu, you're up.

Kas, were you still wanting to add any ICON charges to this?

I will be sure to read the title of the thread better next time...

Being ignorant of the procedures/protocol of a criminal trial, please let me know if anything needs to be edited.

We're not taking this too seriously. I'm not an expert on law. Ask RD. :P

I'm guessing that there's nothing anyone wants to add. I'll speak up for the defense tomorrow.

How badly do you want to see it finished through?

I'd like to see it finished, but I guess it can have a floating timeline. I'd think it'd be set before Sed's war, though.

We'll just make posts over time as is necessary. Sed will try to be afk for a couple weeks to try and get RL crap done. I was just gauging interest. We'll probably get back to this later, but I'd like to see it done eventually.

Ok, I think we should get this done. Would anyone actually like to play this through, or should we just skip to jury deliberations and the verdict poll?

This is going nowhere. The first poll is going up. Begin jury deliberations. This poll will be to determine whether Harris is guilty or not guilty. I'd like to see some deliberations, if possible.

My understanding is that we suggested individuals to be on the jury, but did we ever create a final list?

I don't think so. I know you, RD, and Telo all nominated specific jurors. If we can get more people to jump in with their own, it'd be cool, but I don't know if we have specific jurors aside from you guys'.

Change my vote to not guilty. I'll have some stuff later for that, but if he is found not guilty, then I'll have some intersting stuff for him.

Does anyone want to deliberate this, anyone at all? The guilty/not guilty vote will close tomorrow if no deliberations occur.

Changing Att's vote, the ruling is 3-2, guilty. I'm going to set up a poll for his sentence. The ideal way it should go is that Harris argues for his exile to a different nation, English lawyers argue for imprisonment in Tara, and Iceland argues for his execution.

Don't kill him, just give him to me.

The Knights of the Hospitalars still have their prison in Antarctica.

It's not that Porcu would want anything. I'm just saying that should the ruling be exile, Porcu would be willing to except Harris.
