The newly formed Celtic government was unsure of the stance the English had on the Celtic, as they had made nothing but neutral remarks. Still, the Celtic government insisted on befriending the nations in the Isles. Not only that, but they wished to make amends for anything ill they might have caused due to the rashness and belligerence of past governments.

A man by the name of Dylan Gwynn was chosen to repair relations with the English. He was a mysterious man, who spoke softly and with reserve. He was the closest the Celtic government had to an Englishman, so he was given the diplomatic job.

Gwynn sat in the chair, reading a newspaper, at a government building in London, waiting. A secretary happened to notice him.

"Sir, can I help you?"

Gwynn stood and folded a newspaper.

"Yes, I request an audience with the leader of the English republic. Tell them I am a Celtic Diplomat."

The secretary went on her way, picking up the phone.

Alanus Lansdale sat in his chambers watching a football game between Chelsea and Arsenal, two of the top ranked teams in the Premiership that season. He was dressed in casual clothes, having a day off from the day-to-day activities of running a nation. Just as the game reached its conclusion, he was paged by his secretary.

"Mr. Prime Minister? A Celtic Diplomat by the name of Dylan Gwynn here to see you, sir."

Lansdale groaned silently, his day off ruined. I suppose I need to meet with them and try to wrap my head around these bizarre changes in Wales, though, he thought. "Very well, give me some time to shower and change into proper attire. Escort the Welshman to the Interior Garden, attend to his needs and inform him I will be there in one hour."

Forty-five minutes later in the garden, Lansdale walked out to greet his guest. "Mr. Gwynn? I am Alanus Lansdale, English Prime Minister." Lansdale reached out to shake Gwynn's hand. "I apologize for keeping you waiting. What business do you have to discuss with me today?"

Gwynn took a long stare at the Prime Minister's hand. It was apparent that he had no intention of shaking it. Once the Minister had put his hand down, Gwynn began.

"There is some important issues I am here to talk to you about. As way things........"

Out of the blue, a small vibration could be heard. Gwynn reached down into his pocket and pulled out a phone. He turned his back to the MP, and didn't even bother taking a few steps back. He listened for a moment before replying.

"Yes, I am quite aware of the seasons."

"Wait what? Well.....I see......Winter will be short this year. The season changes."

Gwynn snapped the phone closed and turned back once more to the MP.

"It seems I have to be going now. I enjoyed it while it lasted."

Gwynn headed off briskly, only to stop for a moment, as the vibrations were heard once more.

"Well, looky here, its a text. OOh, seems like Arsenal won. Good game too, they scored at the last second, breaking the tie."

And with that, Gwynn was off, and within an hour, he was already on a Welsh airline headed to his home land.

OOC: You did this with both me and Toussaint. Is there an IC reason for this?

IC: The Prime Minister had a perplexed look at the Welshman as he walked away. He was somewhere between annoyed and confused at his rude attitude and abrupt departure before discussing anything of note. He informed his secretary to contact the "Celtic" government and find out what sorts of issues that the man originally intended to discuss, and to page him in his chambers when she received a reply.

Soon enough, the secretary paged the MP.

"Sir, it seems like they have sent a telegram."
