My college switched to a new enrollment portal for next semester. It caused my enrollment period to get delayed and some of the classes I wanted got filled up before I got a chance to enroll. RAGE!!!!!! :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: :furious: My major class was open at least, but I need ideas for good electives to take next semester. :( Edited by Aelius, Nov 9 2009, 10:37 PM.

I'm registering tomorrow. Well, midnight of the 11th, so kinda tomorrow. I'm not worried about my classes. I'm aiming for a philosophy minor, which should work. I'll have an accidental minor in international studies by the end of spring B) Sucks to hear about your schedule dude. |

I've never had a problem with scheduling my classes, thank goodness. I definitely can believe it's frustrating from the couple of stories I've heard from roommates. |

You can always appeal to the instructor to see if he/she will let you in "over the limit". I always make room for three or four over the limit since there are usually drop-outs/flunk-outs. I've got 23 this semester when I'm only supposed to have 20. Started with 24 - will have 22 by next week. Also, what type of electives do you need, and is your course catelog on-line? (what's the URL?) |

OK, courses you would enjoy: ENG 2233 Intro to drama ENG 2513 Intro to Shakepseare ENG 3273 Comic theory in film ENG 3833 American drama LING 2308 General linguistics Drama classes are easy because you can actually see the plays, or get a group of classmates together and read them outloud, passing out the parts - they usually run about 2 hours, so that's a lot faster than reading as book! |
