I'm going to start eating pork more. This is mainly because I am more or less poor. I've figured the price of pork allows for me to have get twelve good meal for less than three dollars.

I cooked up a pork chop last night. It was too delicious.

Funny thing about living in Alberta, beef is the cheapest thing ever, chicken and pork are much more expensive.

Man I love getting steak for under five dollars. B)

I just had Lamb Chops this last weekend.

Now what's so bad about killing baby lambs for their delicious meat?

Lamb is delicious. However, I recently found the most delicious pork rub ever.

Lamb. I crave lamb even more whilst inebriated. I must prepare for this eventuality.

Lamb is good...but a Fiorentina al Sangue is very batter.

I like beef much more than other meats

I love Piedmont beef. They are carrying it in a local store here and it is just leaner, more tender, and tastier than the flesh of big cattle.

I tend to go for tenderloin or hanger steaks if I grill beef, so it's tender whether it's Piedmont of not. Plus, you don't have to trim any fat.

I ate goat at the Jamaican restaurant today. Goat isn't as classy as lamb but it tasted good enough. However, it leaves a bad aftertaste in the mouth, the taste of goat hair... quite unpleasant. Mouthwash did not work; in the end I had to detoxify my system with some alcohol to douse the goat hair taste.
