Well, I know I've had a lot of commitments trying to liberate North America and the like, but every time I thought I would have a break, something else always seems to come up at the least convenient time. Such is life. That said, the only good news out of the whole ordeal is that I am dating again! I'll get back to updating the American maps for NRE as soon as I am re-familiarized with our current situation, that is if NRE doesn't mind; I will also make a commitment to give advanced warning should I expect a nose dive in my activity. Also, If its not too much of an inconvenience to Kas, NRE and others, I would like to jump ahead to a Post-Dominion Eleytheria, something that won't require as much time and dedication to proceed with a Post-Dominion Eleytheria. If granted, I will be experimenting with the mood of the forums and allow my fellow Role-players have a direct impact in the Future of Eleytheria-Duo through a series of upcoming votes. Depending on the ruling party chosen, this will greatly determine how my country will interact with my allies (Both former and current) as well as the International community as a whole. If I do not have support from Kas/NRE, then I will continue where I left off and go through with Tempest-Fury. Also, if there are any Volunteers I'll need someone to take the helm of Kimmirut, a break away Republic. Your eligible as long as you don't have a Nation/Colony in North America. Eesh, there and back again... Lets hope it lasts. |

No problems with the map, although I do believe you should have a request or two in you box. If you don't have the time tell me and I'll handle the requests myself, I just know that you previously said you had the time so I did not bother with them myself. As for RPing a post-Dominion Eleytheria, please by all means. You're more than free to do so. Does that mean you wish to scrap the Tempest RP all together? Even though we skipped it in your absence to keep the War going, we left it so that we could go back to it upon your return. Either way is fine by me. |

Actually, I don't have any...
I'm rather torn on that matter, I hate leaving things unfinished (I even made advances with Kybelis II in my Hiatus,) but at the same time, Tempest-Fury has become a problem and not a solution; Alberto seems to have left me even prior to my hiatus. Without anyone to play Kimmirut, the storyline is pretty much f*cked. I still have no idea how to exactly resolve that issue, though I could do what you did with Georgia (Republic of) until I find someone suitable for the task of RP'ing it as an independent state. |

Odd, seems like I received a request not too long ago. I'll look through my PMs and send you a copy, perhaps the player was no longer interested.
Yeah that seems to work easiest, you'll have to divide military spending accordingly, but it doesn't have to be an even distribution of the wealth. I still haven't gotten around to that in Georgia. Of course I'm sure there are a few players out there willing to play the role if its a necessity. As for the story, I'm down for whatever and will help where I can. ^^ |

Don't get killed  Kimmirut was originally the antagonist of instability in my country, but they've recently come under solid leadership under Alexander Voronov. Once allied with the Dominion under Andrey Puzankov, Alexander did a complete reversal of the old Premiers policies; Providing basic freedoms to his people, and focusing more on agriculture and commodities rather than a military state. Knowing the Dominion was collapsing, and also knowing Eleytheria-Duo would become independent again sometime soon, he decided to side with his former enemy and betray the Dominion in exchange for his home regions independence. They agreed, if only to reduce casualties in the incursion. Now, in the post-Dominion world, he may no longer be the Supreme leader over all the Eleytheria's, but he did save Kimmirut from another era of subjugation. It'll be your job to see to it that it stays that way. RP-wise, that could prove easy or difficult, depending on how my elections go. Either way, you'll be in charge of a country plunged in Economic failure, no allies, few political opportunities, Manufacturing industry with inadequate raw materials, a brutal climate for Agriculture (short of fishing and cattle - in this case Caribou,) failing infrastructure, and a marred reputation of Genocide and Crimes against humanity from its past leadership. In English, think North Korea status with its cities more closely resembling Soviet-era and style Industrial mega complexes. Up to the task? I can give you more background if ye' are. |

In that case, you've got the job. You'll be on the map tonight, if you look on the American Continent map and find Eleytheria-Duo, look to the largest (Eastern-most) Island called Baffin. You'll be on the South-east side. Capital Kimmirut. Situation: Bleak as hell. How you play it out is entirely up to you, though any good leader would probably be looking for allies just in case the Eleytherians have a change in heart and decide to re-annex your lands. |
