Running barefoot is amazing when you do it correctly.

*is barefoot more often than not in the summer, inside/outside*

It may be healthier, but there's no way I'd walk around campus barefoot. Some guys do it, but it ain't happenin for me. :nono:

I tried barefoot running earlier today... ouch?

The soft, delicate skin on the bottom of my feet was in severe pain from the jagged crevices of the running track, but otherwise it is an excellent way of running. Heavily calloused feet are definitely required.

I ran with Ranger Challenge a 5:30 in the morning. I've felt great all day.

Problem is, I haven't had much will to do anything else today. My energy is sapped.
