Yes, but we're in the middle of another filler right now. Though, It's less boring than the one with the Bounto. There are three shows I watch regularly each week, and it will be four on October 1st: - Heroes - Naruto Shippuden - Bleach - the new Stargate series (on October 1st) |

Nice  For some reason I've never played any of the Monkey Island games but I did play Grim Fandango. Some time I need to play through all the old classics that I've never played before... |

I was bored, so I pirated a copy of Windows 7 that was open sourced, allowing me to view the code. Using that and alot of internet assistance and the help of various programs, i have created an awesome desktop. Spoiler: click to toggle I removed my Windows Vista taskbar and modified the Windows 7 one to sit on the top of the screen while stripping the background of the bar out. I changed some icons to a more metallic style I found in a download. On the left center is a new Start Menu button, with curved lines around it showing the memory filled in my C and D drives, as well as CPU usage (updating every second) and a total RAM meter. On the center right is a really awesome clock. All the circular lines on it move in a track around it, some clockwise, some counterclockwise. In the middle, towards the bottom a bit is a weather application that pings thefuckingweather.com with my zipcode and updates the results every 5 minutes. I also have another version that includes a 2 day forecast, but decided I didn't like the ton of text. Most noticeable is the Heads-Up-Display (HUD). Unfortunately, its entirely aesthetic and has no function besides making it look like I'm viewing my space wallpaper from a starfighter. The design in based off of a Halo HUD. I had the most help with this one because I'm not artistic at all; the parts for it came from someone else's screenshot. What do you think? I'm not done with it and hope to do alot more. B) |

That's pretty freak'n sweet if you ask me. I guess the only thing I'd personally dislike about it, is not having a practical place to put the desktop icons. If you could find a HUD with some sort of programs window to put the icons, that would make it better. But that may just be my personal taste. Otherwise I think its very pleasing to the eyes. |
