I know we have another thread somewhere like this, but I couldn't find it.

Well, out with your desktops.

I alternate my desktop picture every few weeks. I'll just list my favorite.

Don't know how to take a screenshot, so here's the pictures.

Empire is teh awesomeness. Didn't know you were into ships Telo. You'd get along well with my dad.

By the way, you take a screenshot by pressing the Print Scr button on your keyboard. Then just go into Paint, right click, and paste. There's your screenshot.

I LOVE ships. Not in the way 8 years do, with the pirates and eyepatches. I love the designs of ships, layouts and floorplans, the form of propulsion, etc. I play tons of games involving ships and have made my own.

When I first came here, I intended to make Telosan a major naval power. It never worked out since I focused on snipers.

All ships of all time periods interest me, my favorite being around 1860-1880. Sails and steam wheeled ships. Today, I think the navy has lost much of it's value since planes have them beat and ships can destroy each other for miles and miles away.

It's also why I want to keep NS2 around. England, the great naval power, with early modern destroyers and battleships.

I also "attempt" to make model wooden ships. Once a year at my camp I use the woodshop there to make them. If I ever figure out how to get pictures from my phone to the computer, I'll post them.

My last great feat was the construction on the Santisima Trinidad cross-section. Prior to that I built a Baltimore Clipper (both wood-planked). I love wooden ships and currently have a Nina unfinished in my basement, but right now I am working on my H.O. scale railroad! I would like to find a great late 19th cent. wooden model in 87-1 scale so I could add a sea port to my layout! I got a very big basement room to fill!

My dad's absolute favorite period is the 1660s, the height of piracy and the middle of the Anglo-Dutch Wars. Good times.

Currently, I'm using my prom picture. I also have, like, four rows of icons because I like easy access to all five of my web-browsers etc.

I usually cycle through my favourite webcomics - XKCD on a black background works well - or amusing images from websites I frequent.

Hacked the site. Testing to see if it's working right. Now to ban some people...

I've no idea! It wasn't me! I blame Sed. It's always fun to blame him. :D
