Frat boys were making noise. It kept me up. So I just messed around on here all night. Can't exactly complain since I don't really live here. It's a good enough deal. I can't report them, they can't report me (or else they screw over one of their frat brothers). Mainly I messed with photos. I'm so damn tired. |

College life can do that. I've done many an all nighter just writing papers (not that I procrastinated, I just had a huge pile of papers assigned and due in a short period of time). You'll get used to it, along with 5 hour naps |

Insomnia seriously is a bitch. I have class tomorrow, things to do tomorrow, but I can't bloody sleep. Gives me a good excuse to get coffee with a certain girl I guess... |

Oh, damn, I was referring to getting coffee at 4 am. Surprisingly, if you can find a place that's open and kinda quiet, it can be an adventure. |

I'm in English class. I hate this kind of class when I sleepy, and I'm so damn sleepy. Didn't get any coffee. Was stuck in room with friend. Had to wake him up so he could go to class. I'll catch the girl later today. |

Hang in there. Class is almost over (hopefully :P ) and then you can carry on with your day. |

Nah, we got an hour to go. Thankfully the instructor forgot her stuff, so we're all kind of just bullshitting right now. |

After every all nighter I always swear "Never again." Pulled quite a few all nighters in college, but none in grad school, thankfully. All nighters are (were) the bane of my existence. |

I would not pull all nighters if I didn't have insomnia problems and wasn't a light sleeper. Goddamn frat guys... |

All-nighters are for wimps! All week-enders are for REAL men, and yes, a gay man can be a real man!! P.S. Don't doze off in MY English class - I've been known to shoot rubber bands! Also, first class tommorrow at 3:30! Wish me luck. |

Insomnia is indeed a bitch. I didn't have any trouble getting to sleep when I was unemployed, living at home, and able to sleep until as late as I felt necessary. Now that I'm back at school though, I'm finding it harder and harder to get any amount of rest. I almost didn't get up to go to class this morning because I was so exhausted. I'm not usually a big coffee drinker, but if this is the way things are going to be, I think I'm going to have to whip up the equivalent of an IV caffeine drip. |

Ahhh.. So you're one of THOSE teachers. ;) I never understood how anyone could fall asleep in class, then I hit my Junior year of HS and something happened with my body because I started sleeping in class more then I stayed awake. I'd like to think I'm pretty good at hiding my sleeping, but I'm sure the teachers always know. |

 I'd like to try your class. EDIT: I went to bed 'round midnight last night. Got up before 8. Had to leave early. Window people were checking IDs this time. At least I'm back on sleep cycle (just about). Edited by Sedulius, Sep 1 2009, 09:33 AM.

Who are the "Window People"? Sounds like something out of "Fierenheit 451" or "1984"?? Anyone here who signs up for my class and can meet the attendence requirements would get an "A" just because I know how well you all write already. The only thing you'd have to learn is the MLA style sheet! |

I think I already know that, for the most part. The window people didn't come AGAIN. They're window maintenance. They half-assed putting in all the windows before people moved in, so now they set dates for when to finish the work. But they don't live up to their word, of course. |

Pulling an all-nighter when you have something to do is never much fun. Pulling an all-nighter because you are incapable of sleeping can go either way, really. Sometimes it's a lot of fun. Sometimes it's hell.

Hmm, now I calculate I slept for about 21 hours in a 27 hour span after my latest all nighter. Those 27 hours might have represented the high point of my life thus far. I have a shitty life. |
