Now, Tres will defintely remain the iconographic Ulganian character for some time in my mind. However King James can still antagonize the new regime.

In the "RP Style" thread, TC made the above comment. That got me thinking in a new direction. We have had threads devoted to players, their accomplishments, their style, their posts, etc. We have also had thread about characters: the villains, most powerful, favorite, etc. What I do not think we have had is a thread about player's iconic characters. I hope this is a new thread - if it's not, point me to the old one

But basically, you are to choose a character who is iconic for a certain player, or who represents that player. This can be representative of their RP style, their ethos, their real life self, or anything else really. Perhaps, you could even suggest characters who epitomize the NS nation they come from.

I'm glad people liked Tres when he was alive, but not to worry! He'll be kicking Dominion butt in those timelines to your hearts' content.

Gassel is iconographic, obviously. No real explanation (or one that I can give that would do him justice) needed.

Von Regensburg of Porcu, I feel, is just as Porcuian as the Nixons. Both Nixon characters cast their own light on Porcu, but Von Regensburg is great to read about.

King James, while new, is someone I really enjoy reading (and butting heads with).

There are plenty more, but I think this is a generous start

Nag: Elected Regent Andreas
Scy: Krildahd Voramix
Kas: Konstantin Ganz Gassel
NH: King Thomas I of New Harumf

ERA, Nag Ehgoeg - goes without saying. Might be the iconographic character of NSWR. I wish he were still alive...

Pope Emmanuel I, Catholic Europe - I think we never fully understood how consequential Pope Emmanuel would be when he was alive, and his stature only grows even more after his death!

Emperor Melchior, Resplendent Dawn - one of my favorite Emperor and the personification of the Syrian era imo. Hmm I should start some (current) RP's concerned with the Melchior era.

Galerius Quintilianus, Norightsia

Tres Valentine, Ulgania as I mentioned before.

Konstantine Gassel, Kasnyia :gnarkgnark:

Emperor Marshall, Patrua

Krildahd Voramix, Scythirus

"Work is the curse of the drinking classes."

President Ted Littleton, Confederate States of America - In the thread where Nixon the Elder meets with him, I imagined a classic Southern gentleman. Montgomery gives me the same impression. I always liked their alcohol tolerance too :D

Tres Valentine, Ulgania - Duh

Prince Karschburg, Kasnyia - Gassel yes, but more so the Imperial line for me. I always picture Imperial Kasnyians as people with stiff, rigid movement and speech. Hardasses essentially.

A thousand times this. =P

Malfisto for Nag, Fullarton for NH, and Voramix for Scy.

RD, I apologize, but none of your characters' names spring to mind because they're all very Roman.

Try Camizu then, though I have never been sure if it was RD's or both RD and TC's.

Archibald Camizu was RD's; we split duties for Judas Camizu.

Aye, thanks for the clarification.

Surprised that Kristophe Xavier wasn't on anyone's list. But then, I guess the bad guys get the more memorable moments.

I get all your characters confused Kas, so I don't remember who is who in your nation.

I guess I really don't have characters that are memorable.

I've gotten a piece of the Judas pie too. He's a little nerve-wracking to write considering things
