OSP Training and Logistics Department The Order of Saint Patrick has training facilities and trainers standing by ready to train persons in OSP martial arts, tactics, and strategy. We also can supply the cutting edge technology the OSP uses to honorable nations. This all, of course, comes at a price. Citizens of Ireland and of the Roman Empire are allowed supplies and training at basic price, and citizens of allied nations to Ireland or Rome are allowed the same with 25% profit to the OSP. All other citizens of nations deemed honorable are allowed the same with 50% profit to the OSP. OSP Training Programs Schola Saint Patrick This program trains attendees with basic swordsmanship, basic use of the pollaxe, and basic wrestling skills, advancing attendees gradually to higher levels. Persons not training for foreign military service may join the Schola for a membership fee of 100 florins a year, with all living needs paid for by themselves. Eventual Masters in the Schola are drawn from such members. OSP Marksmanship Program This program provides basic training similar to that of the best militaries. Attendees are trained with basic skills in how to maintain and shoot rifles, SAWs, pistols, grenade launchers, and rocket launchers. Advanced riflemen are allowed to advance to more advanced classes, being advanced marksmanship and expert marksmanship, to learn sniping doctrine and techniques. All weapons used in training are produced by Irish manufacturers. Civilians of the Empire and of Ireland are allowed to join this program for a tuition fee of 10,000 florins, with more fees for advanced riflery classes. No other civilians are allowed to join. OSP Aviation Program This program provides basic aviation training, jet aviation training, and advanced fighter tactical training. Civilians may attend basic aviation training for a fee of 10,000 florins. No other classes are open to civilians. OSP Officer Program This program trains attendees in all tactical and strategic training needed to conduct warfare, as well as superior leadership skills needed to lead troops. Equivalent to officer training programs of the best militaries. Civilians may not attend. Varangian Guard Program This program provides full and brutal training to produce Pelekyphorai Axemen for the Empire's service. Anyone may join for free, no background checks will be made, and those who complete the program may change their name, start completely new records, and be granted Roman citizenship. However, completing the program obligates ten years service in the Empire's Varangian Guard regiments. Dropping out of the program is punishable by the full extent of Roman law. OSP Membership Program This program allows anyone to join the Order of Saint Patrick, and take any of the above programs free of charge after the initial requirements are met. Members will initially live the humble life of a monk, learning the ways of the OSP. Upon acceptance of the knightly oaths, their training can begin. Members who accept the oaths are obligated to the Brotherhood and subject to no other powers but God, Ireland, and the Empire. OSP Logistics Weapons We have a surplus of Russian and American weapons and ammunition, along with a surplus of Syrian vehicles from the Dominion war. These items are sold at half the market prices, with listed fees applying. Irish produced weapons are not for sale and their details are unavailable. The OSP has master weaponsmiths ready to forge custom blades for 50 to 2,000 florins. Armor Cuchulainn Mk I suits: 20,000 florins Consists of combat wear in your preference of camouflage, with pouches for defend-x material plates, and a defend-x combat helmet. Cuchulainn Mk II suits: 100,000 florins Consists of a carbon fiber body suit, defend-x plates, and an outer shell of exoskeleton titanium power armor. Cuchulainn Mk III suits: no longer in production Details not available. (OOC: An impractical monstrosity. It is double the size of a Mk II suit, consisting of exoskeleton and synthetic muscle technology. The titanium armor is too think for most things to penetrate, making the wearer virtually invincible. Only two suits were made, one in possession of Ireland, and one in possession of Nag Ehgoeg.) Cuchulainn Mk IV suits: not for sale Consists of a carbon fiber body suit, defend-x plates, and an outer shell of exoskeleton titanium power armor. Refined from the Mk II, the MK IV allows for maximum protection and mobility for the wearer. Cuchulainn Mk V suits: not for sale Details not available. (OOC: Very expensive, but highly practical. The Mk V suit is essentially just a carbon fiber body suit with synthetic muscles built in. However, the major breakthrough of the suit is its application of nanotechnology. It is covered in a nanotech "paint" that effectively stops bullets. Most of the time it is worn with a suit of steel chainmail over it to give better protection against melee. Persons wearing the suit general have some sort of custom helmet, in most cases a bullet proof great helm with integrated systems. These suits are limited to the Knight Masters of the OSP, high up Irish or Empire officials, and Irish or Empire assassins. They are loaned to the Roman Empire when needed.) The OSP has master armorers ready to craft custom pieces of armor for appropriate prices. Please allow all orders placed with Brotherhood logistics two weeks to one year for completion, depending on the complexity of your order. All orders are customizable, though customizations must be specified. Civilian orders are allowed. DISCLAIMER The Order of Saint Patrick is not responsible for the actions of anyone trained in its programs. Any injuries as a result of training will be treated for free, and any deaths during such training will result in a 200% refund. The OSP reserves its right to refuse refunds to uncooperative or extortionate associates. Under NO circumstances can these training programs be used to recruit mercenaries. OOC: Post-Dominion, assume he got all the training you had intended him to get. World Wars are usually pretty long, and Ireland was relatively stable throughout the Dominion War. Your prince would have had plenty of time to train. |
