In what way will only be revealed much later. IC- Nearly two years after the end of the war, and Europe's finances were still in disorder, with skyrocketing debt to pay off the damage caused by the Dominion, among other things. As such, there wasn't so much a banking industry as a collection racket. However, things were slowly coming back to normal, and soon commerce was moving again. To get in early on the action, a new and powerful bank was set up, with offices in every nation in Europe, North America, and Africa, and headquartered in Porcu, where few questions were asked. Owned by a consortium of banking firms both public and private from all over the world, the International Commercial Bank of Bussiness and Credit was truely a bank without borders. The ICBBC, as it was known, specialized in anonymity for people who needed money stored without others knowing, either for themselves or others. It also was rumored to be a primary driving force between almost every conflict since the end of the Dominion Wars, by offering loans to terrorist organizations and rebel groups across the globe while at the same time providing funding and some of their many contacts within military-industrial complex to their enemies, all for the sake of profit, assets, and influence. OOC- Anyone who wants a clandestine location to store their fortunes, be they crooks, politiians, or just regular bussinessmen, please do so. Or just assume its used if you don't want to RP anything. However, it is firmly the opinion of the nation of Zeelar that such decisions must be made by the consumer, and not the government. Society, as Anarchy dictates, is marching the slow pace towards the point where all government will be unnecessary. Sites are being scouted right now to see which will be the most suitable for the Bank's interests. OOC- That KNS is reporting is of no relevance to the Bank guys. We also recognize that the International Mobile Communications Group was set for similar liquidation after seizure. We are interested in purchasing the entire airship fleet and any spares and equipment, if they are available. We would also like to ask what other assets, if any, are still available. All moveable assets have been auctioned off to several companies. However, the former company's unmoveable assets (including airfields, immobile ground assets, and hangars), located entirely within Europe, are still up for sale. The Status of Hermanstadt Luftschiffwerke has been unchanged since the liberation of Kasnyia during the war. It has resumed operations as Kasnyia's flag carrier for air travel and continues to operate all over the world as a premier Liftline. The IMC's dissolution is unrelated to HL, but rather to involvement as a logistics and propaganda asset for the Dominion. The Bank seized the assets under permission from ICON. The possibility of purchasing all of these facilities and immobile assets is fascinating, however, and will place a Đ150,600,545 bid on these facilities, and would like to begin service immediately if they are freed for purchase. Of course, we realize that you are not the same firm as Hermanstadt Luftschiffwerke, but we would appreciate it if you had the contact information for this firm. We recognize they are the oldest rigid airship builder still operating in the world, as well as Kasnyia�s flag carrier, and we would like to purchase some contracts from them. Thank you.
