"Work is the curse of the drinking classes."

"While I generally agree with the Roman delegate, I would like to state that Porcu is adamant about the creation of an international organization through which large negotiations and deliberations may occur. Part of the success of the Dominion lay in the complete absence a solid, unified resistance until very late in the war. Porcu firmly supports the concept of ICON as a place where regular discussions are held but shares the view of the Romans in regard in not having to answer to this organization.

Diplomatic openness and free trade will ensure years of peace."

" We believe that the institution of a collective non aggression treaty and the opening of trade barriers are the necessary conditions for a durable peace .
Europe doesn't need any other great alliance which would bring the continent to a new war, it just needs that cordial relations be established between neighbours thanks to a net of non aggression pacts "

OOC: Not sure if this is dead or not. I'd like to know whether to continue or give up on it, before spending time writing more posts.

Prince Aldebaran agreed with the Porcuan and Marslavan delegates. He had calmed himself. After all, these nations had had regime changes, and could hardly be considered truely the same as the Dominion collaboraters. He would work with them if necessary to rebuild Europe after the Dominion. However, as the Paris conference had become somewhat drawn out, and he was needed elsewhere, he was recalled. He stepped up:

"I apologize that I have to depart now, but I want to thank our French hosts and Monseiur Dulac in particular for hosting this conference. This shows that Europeans can work together for a new, peaceful order following the disasterous Dominion rule. I look forward to working with Versailles and the other powers represented here in the future. While I must leave now, I invite any of the nations represented here to to come to Constantinople for further negotiations, in order to build on the work that has been done here. Thank you."

OOC:
Yes, any nation from here.

Austro-Hungaian empire is rich and was largely untouched by the war.
We will be glad to aid other european nation to rebuild itself.
Our first priority is rebuild Austria that was occupied for the war time but then we help our european brothers with any resources we can gathered.
