Now that the foundation of North Transvaal has been laid, I would like to start looking at my foreign policies and stuff. Firstly I would like to announce that North Transvaal is now open to all countries (in Africa, for the time being) to establish their own embassies inside our borders! If Ulgania establishes an embassy in North Transvaal, the North Transvaal also establishes an embassy in Ulgania. OOC: I am not sure how embassies work so I just had to post this... I think it already works like this but what the hell...
