King Edward IX, newly crowned sovereign of Scotland, wishes to make it known that he will resist any courtship from the Celtic League, and like his father will abstain from membership if asked to join.

Wales would like to request a private meeting of the Celtic nations.

"Regardless, the Celtic League remains open to Scotland."

-----

Wales need only say when and where for this private meeting. Ireland and Mannin will send appropriate representatives.

Sweet. I'd like to essentially imitate the RL Celtic League here.

IC:

Official Statement by the General Secretary

I wish to inform all that the Celtic League is once again functioning, though we have lost contact with our branches under British control. The Celtic League requests permission of the British Crown to reestablish or establish these branches in Alba, Cymru, and Mannin. We ensure the British Crown that we only wish to ensure through peaceful means the freedoms of the Celtic peoples and the continued survival of their nations and ways.

On other business, we shall soon be holding a General Council, comprised of at least members from Breizh, Éire, and Kernow. I look forward to it.

Andras Gwyther
General Secretary, Celtic League

"The British Empire does not recognize the validity of the Celtic League as an organization, and any pan-Celtic agitators will be tried for treason. The Scots and the Welsh are integral to the unity of Britannia- an land under the rightful and just rule of his Majesty King Edward, who is the sole guarantor and protector of the Scots and Welsh. Needless to say, we don't need terrorist agitators involved in our affairs. "
