5th July 2009

Today, on the Fifth day of July in the year of 2009 the confirmation of the National Visa Act took action in The Sultanate of Al Fahdi. This act aims to further the national security of legitimate citizens and protect the sovereignty of the nation. A visa can be automatically gained with any one of these factors:

- Born of Fahdian ethnicity
- Born of Paradisian ethnicity
- Marriage to Fahdian National
- Marriage to Paradisian National
- Residence within nation for more than ten years before the twenty-ninth day of June in the year of 2009

In order to register for a working and residence visa in the Sultanate of Al Fahdi the person should be of the following nationalities:

- The Sultanate of Al Fahdi
- The Caliphate of Paradise

In order to allow other nationalities to apply for a visa in the Sultanate of Al Fahdi, nations should apply for their nation to be allowed for their populace to apply for a visa. If any nationals from nations not registered for the allowance of a visa is found in the Sultanate of Al Fahdi living there for more than two months then they will be deported and sent back to their former nation.

(OCC: All Minor rules and regulations are not necessary)

The Provisional Government of Zeelar would be interested in a formal application for the establishment of a visa program. However, its people do not match the ethnicities that were conventionally written herein. We should hope, however, that these conditions do not preclude the people of Zeelar, however, the documents that have outlined this case do not appear to make it as though such things would be preclusion to this case. It is our sincere hope that we are able to forge something from this document.
