...to all the right-wingers, including the fascist minorities, that picked up seats in the EU. Maybe this can act as a warning to the Big BO and his sidekick Joe to slow down with the socialism, already!! |

This is pretty awesome. The only thing I like about the EU is that when things get a little too heavy (i.e. socialist), it is much easier to make a mockery of the EU parliament than it is to make a mockery of the US Congress. |

Here here. Ashamedly, I did not vote. I have several good reasons (like how I was an hour away from my polling station, on a weekday, when the polls were only open for a short period and only one political party canvassed me). For the record, I will be voting UKIP in the nationals. I was gonna throw away my vote on the BNP (better healthcare policy), but given the fact that UKIP managed to come second in the EU elections beating two of the three major parties... well that's just fantastic! |

A left wing government will take money from the people and use it to undermine the economy. A right wing government will take money from the people and use it to undermine public confidence in the government by embezzling it. Not disagreeing that an ultra-right government will cause problems, but it might help stem a handful of long term problems while creating a bucket load of problems that can be fixed with a new election. |

Posted Image Sinister magazine cover from a business magazine "Conde Nast Portfolio" with a picture of Obama appointee notorious Greenspan- and Bernanke-acolyte from the Federal Reserve Tim Geithner, with the caption "Lead Us". When did it become acceptable to openly beg to be led by NWO international financiers? I just looked up UKIP on wikipedia. Looks like a great political party... too bad the US doesn't have a similar party of comparable strength. I would vote for the Black Panther Party or the Aryan Nations, it doesn't matter which, as long as it's an extremist guerilla organization dedicated to burning down buildings in Washington and bringing the corrupt people in power to mob justice. |

The only part that troubles me about EU elections is how state interests are not properly represented considering the candidates running. But, that'll be my only speculation on it save someone challenge me through quoting. |

From my point of View a right(unliberal, fascist) government is prelued to dictatorship and oppression that may have much faces. As you know i'm social-democrat but i like liberal(in european way) but conservative right and ultra(fascist)right are not for me and i belive that a ultraright(like Italian lega nord will bring only damage Then i must add that a ultraright here in europe evokes to me shadows of not so distant past. Shadows that i like no much and that is called Nazi Germani and Fascist Italy. May be some one, and in Italy too much people, can be happy is a dictatoship return but noy i. I belive that who wishes a dictatorship only has not tasted one and belive me that some of this ultraright movements are on the edge of fascism. |

We've had a "left wing" government for 12 years. Things have got worse and worse. More and more liberties have been stripped away as taxes go up and the economy goes down. |

Because the so called "left" is not leftist but something inbetween liberals and consevatives. For exemple look Partito Democratico in italy. |

Your "Center Right" would be considered radicsal left here in the states. Your "Labor Party" would be considered pure socialism here. I've a feeling your far right would be considered centerist here. In general, it is my opinion that left-leaning governments want to grab more power for the government and leave fewer rights and decisions to the people - the "Government knows best" philosophy. As Newt Gingridch said just yesterday: if we believe, as our Declairation of Independence says, "We are endowed with certain enalienable rights by our Creator" then the government is committing a crime against God by trying to take them away. That is the very principle at stake here - are we granted rights by our Government, or are they indeed "granted by our creator" that we can only voluntarily surrender them to our Government? I accept only the latter, and if I chose not to surrender them, or retrieve them back, then that's that. |
