It will be useful for spies and soldiers(camoufflage)

Uh... that picture has been edited, it's not demonstrative of current "invisibility" technology.

Limited active camouflage and meta-material based cloaking devices exist. They're just not practical.

I'd say avoid invisible spies, but if you've got something specific in mind then I'm not gonna stand in your way.

I'm thinking to something like supercamouflage for snipers and may be for some kind of veichle or plane and limited use for secret agents.

I'll be glad if HRE will be the first nation to develope it.
