Just wonder...because i have change my plans about Yucatan.
Because i never create one of them i'm questining: Need i to create a new nation on NS to run a colony?

Yes, you need to create/revive another nation and move it to the specific NS Continent (Yucatan = American Continent).

I wonder...is Yucatan considered North or South America? If its South then yes, but if its North, you should be fine.
